Stunning coastal home providing relaxed elegance. Blue Crab cottage is a premium accommodation with high-end coastal decor and a fully stocked kitchen. Easily walk to dining, shopping, and the Hangout! Private beach access is just across the street via a crosswalk and paved pathway. Enjoy a night of rejuvenation with new luxury mattresses in each bedroom. All rooms have Smart TVs with access to thousands of movies. Tommy Bahama beach supplies are provided (this includes all beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, sand toys, and more!). Peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the patio.

I want you to concentrate solely on having the best vacation possible!
- Beach Equipment: I provide all the beach stuff so you don't have to worry about it. It's Tommy Bahama and I keep all the equipment in good shape. All the lifeguards on the beach know my guests by the chairs and umbrella!
- Have kids? Awesome! I provide beach carts so taking equipment back and forth to the beach is a breeze. I also provide an entire container of sand toys.
- Parking: Believe it or not, most condos charge their guests for parking. Not here. There is room for 2 full-size vehicles underneath the cottage. Have more? There are a couple of extra spaces at the front of the complex. Have even more? Don't worry. I'll give you the details on where to find extra parking in the area.
- Meal Prep: Blue Crab has an amazing, fully stocked kitchen. You will not be wishing for more plates, cups, silverware, pots, pans, or coffee makers, I promise!!
- Communication: This is what separates Blue Crab from the rest. I'm available from 7 am to 10 pm every single day. If you need anything, you'll be able to get in touch with me instantly.

Great Dog Friendly Rental

We had the best time during our beach trip! This condo is close to the beach, and several restaurants too and we also loved that it was right next door to the pool! We will definitely stay here again!

Christmas at the beach

Our family came in from Arkansas to spend the Christmas holiday at the beach. We had an amazing trip! The home is well kept, updated, and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and has any appliance you may need to make your meals. The location is great. Stores, restaurants, and the beach is within walking distance, and the neighborhood is quiet at night. All of us enjoyed our stay, and we will be back!

Awesome beach cottage

By far our this has become our family's favorite beach vacation home! Right across the street from the beach access, personal parking at your cottage, outdoor shower to rinse self and belongings from the beach. The cottage was super cute and had everything our family needed for vacation, from beach chairs, wagon, beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking dinner easy! Loved that this property is pet friendly and we were able to bring our dog.

The Blue Crab Cottage property was fantastic! Nice and clean, spacious, awesome location. Appreciated the direct communication with the owner and not having to go through a property management company. The closet was stocked with beach chairs, tents, boogie boards, wagon, etc. Staying here made our vacation effortless. The owner even went above and beyond to accommodate our request to remove any fragrance prior to our stay. Wonderful experience!

Gulf shores vacation

The Blue Crab Cottage was just what it said it was it was clean & so nice furniture & beds were so comfortable . Was in such a great location to the beach . The host David is Amazing & so easy to get in touch with . He had everything we needed for the beach from chairs to umbrella’s, beach wagon& beach toys ❤️we will definitely be staying in the Blue Crab cottage again .

Clean and Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Crab Cottage. It had all the kitchen items and beach items we needed. Easy walking distance with little ones to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable beach home. My kids all asked if we can come back to this beach house again and were sad to leave :)

Blue Crab Cottage

Blue Crab Cottage was the perfect spot for our vacation. Everything was as described and photographed. The location was within walking distance or a short drive to stores and restaurants. The walk to the beach was easy (there is a traffic light and crosswalk to get across). The owner provided detailed information prior to our arrival about many things related to the rental. We will be returning to Blue Crab Cottage in the future that’s for sure.

Super Host Makes a Difference

The host David was super easy to reach very responsive. The condo was very clean and decorated really nicely. The location of the condo was perfect it took two minutes to get to the beach that was directly across the street. Shopping and restaurants all a very short drive. We enjoyed the cactus Cantina and Lulu‘s restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

Sunny and Bright! Everything Right!

We loved our stay here. The property is conveniently located directly across from a beach access. Totally stocked with all the beach gear you could possibly need. Beds were super comfy! Kids, husband and myself slept like a dream. 2 small pools at the Romeo properties which my kids loved! We also loved the location next to gulf shores state park! Such a gorgeous area. Planning our next stay already.

Beautiful and well appointed

The location is perfect and so is the “cottage”! Literally a 3 minute walk to the beach. This part of Gulf Shores beach is quiet, clean and clear water (other areas seem to have more seaweed and flotsam). There are rental chairs and umbrellas available or just carry the premium stuff provided with the cottage. Inside is very well appointed. Design and quality of furnishings were great. The open floor plan is spacious, comfortable and perfect for entertaining. Kitchen was perfect and had everything you need for an evening in (including service for 12 people). Communication with the owner was seamless. I received entry instructions a day before I arrived. They were clear and complete. I was even notified that I could check in early since the cleaning service completed ahead of plan. If you are looking for a beautiful location that’s quiet, comfortable and close (enough) to restaurants and entertainment, get on the list for this cottage. My wife and I will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful experience

My family and I visited Gulf Shores for the first time in December (I know this is a little late…). However, our experience with this location was so memorable that we could not forget it. The home was extremely clean, which is what a number of reviewers commented on previously. This made a huge difference in our stay being extremely relaxing and comfortable. Also the decor, great seating and beds enhanced the stay. Great location, across the street from the beach, and the owner is very prompt when responding to any questions one may have. Hopefully the property is available the next time we visit. - Bates Family

Perfect House

The house was perfect. Has everything you need to sleep 6-8 people, kitchen is stocked with every item you need to cook meals. Great deck, community pool and 2 minute walk to beach. The property owner David is fantastic to deal with. First class in everything he did for us. Was always helping us find things to do and restaurants to eat at and always had a prompt response to any of our questions. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great beach vacation in Gulf Shores. We will go back.

Wonderful Experience!

Our family recently stayed at the property and had the BEST experience. The place is spotless clean, kitchen is fully stuffed with all you need for comfortable stay, they even had beach chairs, floaties and wagon available to take to the beach. The beach itself is a short 2-3mins walk from home and is absolutely beautiful! There are a lot of restaurants close to the house. You can easily walk there, but, being with young kids we chose to drive. David is a wonderful host. He communicated fast and patiently answered all questions we had. I would highly recommend the place to anyone looking for unforgettable beach experience!

From the moment we arrived in town on that very first trip, we knew that Gulf Shores was special. From the white, sandy beaches to the miles and miles of open water lagoons, Gulf Shores is a dream for any water enthusiast. It's the people, however, that make it really special. Most everyone waves and says hello in passing. They're always asking where you're from and how long you're staying. People come from all over the country which makes it a very special blend.

When we were looking for investment properties, we knew a trip to Gulf Shores was in order. It didn't take long to find the "Blue Crab". Close to everything but private enough for pure relaxation. The community itself is extremely friendly and safe.
