Welcome to Smoky Mountain High, a recently remodeled 6 bedroom, 5 bath cabin with mountain views from 3 decks in amenity rich Chalet Village.

The cabin is 3272 Sq Ft over 4 floors and sleeps 18.

Centrally located!
- 10 min to Downtown Gatlinburg
- 17 min to Pigeon Forge
- 22 min to Dollywood
- 10 min to skiing

The cabin is serviceable by Uber and within delivery range for many Gatlinburg restaurants, which is rare for homes in the area!

Enjoy access to Chalet Village common clubhouses including 3 outdoor pools, tennis courts and more.
- Pool Open From Memorial Day to Labor Day (weather dependent)
- The pool is only a 2 min drive or 10 min walk from the cabin

This 4 story home sleeps 18 between 6 bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. 4 bedrooms have private baths and 2 bedrooms share a bath.

- Down 1 flight from main living is the game room and 1 king bedroom.
- Down 1 more flight to bottom level is 2 bedrooms. 1 is a king, the other is twin over full bunk beds

The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details and your personalized keyless front door lock code. No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Cleanliness is of paramount importance for our guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay and handyman is on call 24/7 should any issue arise.

Hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest stay

There is parking for 5 cars

High speed Wi-fi is included

In-unit washer/dryer are complementary

Towels and linens are provided

Hand soap and toilet paper are provided. Please BYO toiletries

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans but please BYO food, condiments, cooking oils, plastic wrap, ziplock bags etc.

Drip Coffee maker is provided but BYO coffee

The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We do NOT offer late check out or early check in.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

Linens on every single bed had hair and OTHER stains on them-Owner did have someone come out the day of arrival in the evening to put clean sheets on every bed. Bedspreads were not changed and were not clean- We washed them ourselves. The biggest issue was the smell of dead rat on the second level which lasted over half the week. It was also on the same level as the master bedroom-Owner did have someone drop off cans of Febreeze to try to help mask the odor. Owner also reported that he contacted Wildlife personnel and no one could address the odor in the home during our stay because the house was occupied. However, we asked to be reimbursed and find another place within an hour of arriving and finding these issues, but told I would not be refunded despite the issues. The large hole in the bathroom wall on the lowest level was likely how the rats were able to access the home. I have lots of photos if someone really wants to see them.

The cabin was beautiful and big enough for our large family. Host was available for any questions we had. We had nightly bear visitors which I (Tonya) thought was pretty neat lol. All in all it was a very nice little vacation. This was our first time staying in Gatlinburg although we’ve stayed many times in Pigeon Forge. We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful views and close to town! Enough parking for 3 families. The house needed a few repairs but we let Josh know and they should be taken care of. He was very responsive to messages too.

The invasive plants are so overgrown they blocked the views from all floors except the top. The wood floors need refreshing as they’re very scratched. The hard floors needed a wash when we arrived. The top floor shower needed a more thorough cleaning.

Beautiful house right in the mountains! Comfortable and had just enough space for our family vacation! Plenty of bathrooms, nice hot tub, everything you could need in the kitchen, but best of all were the views from the decks, complete with bears!

Our family enjoyed getting together at this property, however some repairs are needed. The door to the bedroom on the main floor was difficult to open and close (it was scraping on the floor- and looked like that has been occurring for some time. Same with the bathroom door in that bedroom). The floors are in need of a good wet scrubbing. The bottoms of our feet (and socks) were black at the end of our first day. Also their was no ball for the foosball table and the pool table had only on functioning cue. The photos should be updated - the view from the deck / hot tub is obscured by overgrown weeds (see attached photos).

Good stay and great views

We had a great stay at this property in the Smoky Mountains. The views from the deck were absolutely stunning—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The location was ideal, and we really enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. The community pool was a hit with the kids, and the pickleball courts added a fun activity for the whole family.The home itself was spacious and had a lot of potential, but there were a few drawbacks that affected the overall experience. For a group of 12, the kitchen was surprisingly understocked—only 9 forks made mealtime a bit of a juggling act. The sliding glass doors required quite a bit of effort to open and close, which wasn’t ideal. Also, the hot tub needed to be filled upon arrival, and the heavy cover had to be manually lifted and replaced each time, which was a bit of a hassle.Overall, it was a good stay in a house that could use some overdue maintenance and small upgrades. With a few fixes, this place could easily go from good to great. That said, the location and community amenities really made the trip memorable.

We stayed with a large group of 15. We had 8 adults, 6 kids and a baby. Our only inconvenience was the trip up and down the mountain so keep that in mind when coming and going. The house was huge with a great view. We cooked plenty of meals and never felt cramped. Great place for a large group to vacay!

Beautiful views, wonderful cabin!

My family and I, along with my fur baby had a wonderful time at this cabin. The view from the decks were lovely. The inside was very spacious and the bedrooms were just as big. We had such a great time, we didn’t want to leave. The owners were awesome. They checked on us to make sure the cleanliness of the cabin was up to standard and offered to send someone out if it wasn’t. I appreciated that so much. We also got to see many bears traveling to and from the cabin during our stay. There was a simple check out list that was easy to manage. We would definitely consider staying at this cabin again.

Big family Vacation

We were happy with the entire experience! This cabin did not disappoint. Very roomy for the 15 of us! We loved the view and even better the Mama bear and her cubs that we were able to see a couple of the nights. Booking was easy, communication was great and getting to the cabin was no problem. We enjoyed our stay and would book here again!

Best Chalet - Best Host

This chalet is huge with fantastic views! We had a lot of extra room. Beds are very comfy. Kitchen is very well stocked for those that like to cook. It snowed one day - all day and Josh allowed us a late check out! Can’t say enough good things about Josh, he was so accommodating to our family - much appreciated.

SO nice!!

This property was clean, the floor plan is laid out well and perfect for large families! (We had 16 in our party) we all really enjoyed our stay here! The only 2 things we didn't like is that the water is way too sensitive! It can be ice cold and you barely adjust it warmer and it' gets scalding quickly! If someone in the house flushes or turns on any other water, your shower water gets scalding suddently! This was a safety concern for me when the kids showered, even though I prepared them for how it does. They make temperature safety gauges for this, I have them at my personal home. Second is the bottom floor has an exterior door without a deadbolt, which I feel could be a safety concern for some. Overall though, it was a great stay and would stay there again.
