Watch for the deer in the trees as you drive up the path toward our secluded two-story home. As you walk through the front door, you will feel at home with the stylish Colorado decor. Indulge in the large windows overlooking Horsetooth Reservoir. Spend chilly mornings on the wrap-around deck with a steaming cup of coffee or a hot afternoon grilling steaks and enjoying a few of the local brews. Keep warm by the double-sided fireplace enjoying the snow-covered treetops.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and private bath with a large jetted tub and walk-in shower. The two additional bedrooms offer queen beds and a shared bath. You'll have a restful night's sleep on the luxury bedding supplied with plenty of cozy blankets. With stainless steel appliances, a propane stove, and granite countertops, you'll enjoy your time in the kitchen cooking your group breakfast or packing a picnic for the day's adventures.

If you are missing city life, don't stress. Just 10 minutes away you will find the vibrant city of Fort Collins where you can smell the beer brewing and nightlife come alive.

- Boat rentals are available at the Horsetooth Marina.
- Explore Lory State Park where you can mountain bike, hike, horseback ride and rock climb.
- Take a hike up Horsetooth Rock to experience where this area got it's unique name. Our included day pass will give you parking access to this trail.
- Blue Sky Trail is a 4-mile trail for hiking that runs through the foothills. You can access this trail at the bottom of the hill.
- Stout Market is your local convenience store for any last-minute necessities.
