Nice “vaca” home

Nice, clean home. Would’ve been nice to have lights out at the pool for night swimming but other than that I absolutely loved the place. Customer service was a call/text away for any issues(small hiccup getting gate access code). I do recommend this spot. Kids loved the water park. Disney was about 10-12 minutes away. Food, stores within 5 miles.

Please read before booking!!

There were worms that kept coming thru the front door ending up in the hallway, downstairs bathroom, kitchen, and up the stairs. The pool was not lit like all the other homes near by so we had to go buy lights for while we were there. The water in the downstairs bathroom did not get hot. And the thing that made this place a home we will never stay in again. The thermostat continued to be raised to 85 degrees remotely several times a day. That is ridiculous.

Great place

Thank you for the stay! overall, it was exactly what we needed and the location was great for us. There was a slight issue with a rat that was hanging around, but after the initial scare, it was fine.

I didn't like the congestive parking! Loved the pool and the place was spacious!!!!!!

My overall stay was very good. There were a couple of things that need to be addressed:1. Make sure who ever cleans is checking under beds, sofa cushions and under the area rugs. Found popcorn (under sofa cushions), candy wrappers and trash under beds and dirt under the area rug. 2. Two of the remotes did not have backs on them!

The home is AMAZING- Windsor at Westside needs some attention.

This home was exactly as described. It was extremely clean, had plenty of the essentials we needed, towels galore, including towels for the pool and the bath items (soap, body wash, shampoo, etc.) were exceptional. The layout was spacious. The half bath off the pool area is genius. There are some minor cosmetic or repair issues that happen with any house, but I left those notes with the Vacasa staff whom I texted frequently and they noted them. These were things like some of the recessed lighting being out, or a loose faucet. Again, these items were not a big deal and Vacasa noted them in the file. The beds were comfortable, the furniture was too, and overall, the place was very inviting and well put together. The community of Windsor at Westside left some things to be desired. For example, and it may just have been where we were located, but the noise was out of control. We called security nightly due to the smell of pot, which is clearly prohibited (signs are everywhere), loud noise WELL after quiet hours started- and this was EVERY night- until 12:30 AM or later, fireworks, cars parked where we could not get into the back gate, etc. The noise from across the street was ridiculous and the fireworks went on every night. When I am on vacation, I do not want to call security every night because others can't be respectful of those around them. Again, this could just have been this particular part of Windsor at Westside, but it was very disappointing. The pool area was nice, but much smaller that it appeared online. The bar and grill area was also a bit lackluster, but the staff was friendly and the atmosphere around the pool was lovely. They played a wide variety of music, which is thoughtful. Overall, we still had a great time. We visited many parks in the area and enjoyed our vacation. I would definitely recommend the house itself, but I don't have a positive review of Windsor Westside. Perhaps with different neighbors or at another time of the year, my view would be different, but this is what I experienced this time. Thank you for allowing me to leave a review and a big thanks to Vacasa for always providing exceptional customer service.

Very unhappy travel agent!!

So I’m a travel agent. I came to this location to check it out for my clients to see how the property looks and how things are ran. I called before I arrived about the pool heat. I was told that it’s a ticket put in for it. I arrived and there was no heat. I called twice and sent messages. I was told someone was coming. I called again asking for a manager I was told it was escalated to one. Still not call or pool heat. I also said some of the TVs did not work and the remotes didn’t either. Our front door had a deadbolt in it and we couldn’t get out. Which was a big fire hazard. The grill was broke down and only one side was working. I was truly disappointed with the service of this company. I will not be booking my clients here. Very bad service and I don’t want my clients to go through anything that I had to. My kids were unhappy on their spring break because the pool so cold.

waste of money and time

This place is a disgusting wreck! My sisters and I arrived late Sat night. We brought one car - which is clearly stated in the information for the rental - but there were so many cars parked in every tiny spot on the street where the condo garages are, it was tricky driving and finding our condo. If they have a one car per unit rule, it should be enforced! It was a tiny little street and dark. One of the first things we saw was a guy sitting on the hood of his car drinking a beer. It was around midnight so it made us wonder what we had gotten ourselves into. We found our unit and parked in the garage. Getting into the condo was easy. The first thing we noticed was the drapes were all bunched up in places and not full closed. WE went in and immediately could see how dirty it was. The floors were so filthy the bottoms of our feet were black after walking on it barefoot. The refrigerator was dirty, the beds were half- made with sheets hanging off onto the floor. The beds had NO bedspreads and two of them had old winter blankets on them which were visibly filthy with spots and stains of who knows what. The carpet on the stairs and upstairs had stains everywhere. The "beautiful" furniture downstairs was also totally covered in stains. There were only 2 living room chairs that were not dirty and they were the ones with no arms, The sofa was dirty and worn out and even had tears in it. There were only a few towels and a couple of washcloths for 6 people. The lamp in one of the twin rooms had a (formerly) white shade and it literally looked like someone poured a couple of glass of kool aid on it! I have never seen anything like it! There was only a tiny little round bedside table - 10"-12" wide on the top - for my sisters to share. The only clean and undamaged space was the little tv area upstairs near the bedrooms. The back entrance area where the "camouflaged" garbage container is was also dirty - did NOT make a good first impression! The pool area was okay - cleaner than the inside of the condo! The pool was dirty but the next day we called and someone came over quickly to clean it. We enjoyed the pool and there were plenty of chairs for all of us. My sister's side job is cleaning houses and she is very meticulous so she knows how a rental should be cleaned. She vacuumed and swept the floor before we went to bed and we had to sleep on top of our sheets with no cover.

Amazing stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was extremely clean, heated pool, and plenty of space! The club house in the community has a lazy river, water park area for the kids, restaurant with great food and drinks, and a gym ! The house offers a lot of privacy and the pool area with the grill is the perfect spot for a cookout. 5 stars - will definitely be staying again!

Great location and size of house

We had a great time but we contact the property manager multiple times to request info on parking and to ask about a late check out and we got to response.

Basically home was beautiful but pool was not clean, and can tell it had not been cleaned in a while. There were no cushions for the pool chairs as shown in the pictures. Sofa was well used.

Ok stay

The property is beautiful lots of amenities. We definitely could've used more towels and trash bags. Didnt find the 2 washing powder pods that were left until our last day of our weekend trip. Also we encountered a couple of bugs in the home but it appeared really clean. We also had a toilet paper roll pop off the wall. The fuse on the pool heater wasn't plugged in. There were a bunch of little minor issues but we still enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed

The location wasn't bad. My issue was that the maid put in a order for a clogged sink and maintenance never came until the day before we was leaving and that was after several phone calls of other issues we had with a clogged toilet and ants in the beds and kitchen. Kids had to sleep on the couch!!! Also pool area bathroom was not cleaned!!!

Nice home, needs TLC

The home was nice and comfortably slept 8. The bathrooms needed attention. Cracked toilet seat that pinched you as you got up and toilet paper ND towel bars that fell or needed tightening. No coffee carafe, but they did bring one next day. Three forks were shy of what we needed to eat, too. None if the living room clocks worked. Just need batteries, I think, and no instructions for the TV set up. If they paid attention to one details, I would give it 5 stars. It didn't ruin the vacation but you didn't feel that someone really cared about the property.
