1836 Emerald Beach Resort is a spacious coastal retreat offering the best of everything. This two bedroom, two bath plus hallway bunks property has everything you need. The private balcony is perfect place to gather  with comfortable furnishings that over looks the worlds most beautiful beaches. The master bedroom has it's own private bathroom with double vanities, separate shower and tub. The guest bedroom comes with a queen size bed and a Full Futon bed. The dining room features a large table with six chairs and additional bar stools. The living area  includes a flat screen TV, electric fireplace (romantic), upscale furnishings and coastal decor.  The kitchen is fully equipped ready to meet your needs for a full dinner preparation or quick snacks. This condo will make your vacation last forever in your fondest vacation memories. This condo is a 1299 sq.ft condo located on the 18th floor of Emerald Beach Resort and is 1 mile East of Pier Park.

The resort will be updating/painting/sealing all balconies from 11/1/25-3/6/26. Workers will be present as well as equipment on the property. During this time, there will be no access to the balcony during the day when workers are present, and all balcony furniture will be stored inside the condo or in the center of the balcony covered. Balcony use will only be allowed after working hours and during the evening. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Singles under the age of twenty-five (25) are prohibited from booking unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For all family groups, married couples and responsible adults over the age of 25, proof of age is required. There may be additional restrictions regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Age and identity will be verified prior to check-in.
