This property will be available April 1, 2025. **Please call/text owner # below. $2151/mo. EVERYTHING INCLUDED: UTILITIES, INTERNET, FULLY FURNISHED, DOGGIE DOOR TO LARGE FENCED AREA. This really special house and property is a 3 mo min/maximum 9 mo rental generally available from April thru December--varying depending on dates. Long term rental is preferred. Built in 2019, this unique house lies nestled in a wooded lot in historic “The Hill." The house was designed to save as much greenery as possible. Large windows provide a great view of surrounding nature. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms with queen beds plus additional sleeper sofa. Special platform beds from Canada provide an amazing amount of extra storage with cubby holes and baskets all around the perimeters (see photo). The dining table with available leaves has room for both an intimate & a larger setting. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, including a Reverse Osmosis Water Purifying System. The house includes a screen back porch and open front porch. LONG TERM RENTERS HAVE LOVED THIS SECLUDED HIDEAWAY.

Propietario/a: kerk and Freddie
Freddie and Kerk are both retired. Freddie was a Marriage and Family Therapist with her own practice and Kerk was a theatre professor and acting coach. They love sailing, travelling and adventures in nature. About 5 years ago F and K discovered this special community of Apalachicola and fell in love with it. They live full time in Louisville, KY and decided to build a house in Apalach that they could share with others.
