This charming new T3 is located in a recent residence with a very contemporary style, 5 minutes walk from the center of Annecy, 2 steps from the river Thiou, 10 minutes walk from the train station and close to all shops.
In winter, a 3-minute walk takes you to the Semnoz ski resort.
Discover a new apartment, bright and decorated with modern taste. Located on the 3rd floor, it offers a beautiful view of Annecy with its large outdoor terrace.
Ideal for 5 people, the apartment has two bathrooms and a separate toilet.
The building is equipped with an elevator.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed 140x190 cm (Double), the second bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190 cm (Single).
The living room has a sofa bed to accommodate an additional person.
Equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.
Linen will be provided for your stay.
A washing machine is available.
Very high speed WiFi access.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
