Intended for adults with discerning and refined tastes, this upscale, European-inspired beach home is a fabulous couples retreat set just steps from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Take in the phenomenal views and enjoy the beauty and colors of the Gulf reflected throughout this ground-floor vacation rental. Start your day with morning coffee on the spacious patio that overlooks the water. The living area features a 75', 4K smart TV for movie nights.

Take advantage of the foodie paradise kitchen that includes quartzite countertops and deluxe appliances, and then dine indoors at the table for four or outdoors on the patio for an ideal alfresco experience. This home also includes a beverage station with a separate minifridge, a full-size washer/dryer, and complimentary internet access. Plus, if you decide to book this condo, you'll be granted unlimited access to some incredible on-site amenities that include gas grills, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and a workout room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Beach House on the 1st floor!

This beach house was beautiful 😍 and with it being on the 1st floor...we could walk straight to the beach. The patio furniture was very nice and all the amenities included were top notch. We utilized the beach service. The condo is very beautiful and is probably one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. All of the decor is very tastefully done. In addition, the location of the condo is close to everything. The outlets are right down the street and so is a Statbucks and a Winn-Dixie. The beach was beautiful and private. We will definitely be back.

Perfect couples get away

This unit and property are perfect. The location was great and the unit is very updated and very private even with the beach entrance location. We personally loved that we didn't have to drag all of our coolers across the property. I would come right back tomorrow if I could and can't wait until we can!!!!

Perfect condo with wonderful access

This condo was located in a perfect spot, just steps away from beach access. Made it very easy to go back and forth as needed. We watched the dolphins from the patio window or out on the patio every morning. The condo was very updated, great layout and bed was comfy too. We will definitely be coming back to this beach house condo on our next trip!

Beautiful Modern Condo

This unit is beautiful and comfortable. Only a 1 bedroom but still very roomy and lots of storage. A gorgeous, modern kitchen. We like to cook during the day so we can stay at the beach and eat out at night. The view and beach access on the ground level units is the best. This is my favorite property to stay at.

Dream vacation!!

This condo is beautiful! Great in every aspect. View from the porch to see the waves come in, the bed is super comfortable, and the tv is huge in the living room! Great place to get away and enjoy the beach! This condo helped us to have the best vacation of our lives! Celebrated 25 years of marriage together! It was perfect!!

Perfect beach location!

We love this ground floor unit at The Beach House with its perfect view of the sea and the sand! We have been vacationing at this location for many years, and we love its closeness to the beach. This unit has been beautifully remodeled with many nice amenities. The beach chairs and umbrella are a delightful amenity as well, and the sunsets are amazing every evening! We'll definitely return!

Great location!

Lovely unit with lots of well thought out updates. Beautiful view conveniently located for beach and pool. Only downside was some construction was going on right outside our unit that was noisy and started at 7am!

Beautifully decorated but Not Clean

We love the Beach House and the condo was beautiful, but it was not clean. We arrived at the room after midnight, unpacked, and went to bed. However, when we pulled the sheets back there was a poo stain in the bed and lots of little hairs. The sheets had not been washed. So, I had to wash the sheets in the middle of the night as no one was available to bring another set. The next day I grabbed a glass out of the cabinet and it was dirty and there was another hair. I was going to make an omelet for breakfast and had to wash the pan because it had grease bubbles in the bottoms of it. I would be glad to send pictures.

Condo for two

Condo was very neat and clean. Kitchen was fairly well stocked with basic cookware and dishes (need more coffee cups - so you don't have to wash everyday) Bathroom is small but functional. Bed was very comfortable. Easy access to stairs to the beach.

The View with Style!!!

Our first impression of this beachfront condo was WOW!! We are going to enjoy our stay! Couple things to point out for the cleaning crew. 1). We noticed the rugs were pretty filthy to the point I decided to wash them in the washer our first night. 2). All counter tops needs to be wiped down, we found sand pretty much everywhere. Maybe do dry wipe then wet wipe down. 3). The refrigerator smelled so bad, a good clean out after each stay may help. 4). Restroom Mirror we noticed a lot of bread trim hair, because of color of the frame it blends in all the black hair. 5). Swivel/Recliner had some dirt stain on the head rest and arm rest. But really all the things above mentioned may be personal cleanliness preference. My husband and I were able to take care of it. We still gave this beachfront condo 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‘S because it’s was great stay for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, you just need to pick up groceries and some seasonings. Everything was decorated with placement of thought and ambience. The least favorite part was the mattress, it definitely was NOT comfortable. It was a hard bed. We appreciated the washer and dry but you will need to throw is all the detergent, softener all in at once. You will know what I mean, when you stay here but that more of heads up. Waking up every morning and seeing the beautiful beach from living sipping on your coffee will bring joy to your start of the day! This condo definitely felt like home during our stay here!! Lastly, location is so good!! You will be close to grocery stores, Alvin’s beach gear store and shopping outlets. The restaurants in Destin are really good! But if I would recommend to budget friendly, large portion and scenery it would be ROCKING TACOS!! There are volley ball nets on the beach so take a volley ball! 💗💗💗💗💗
