Very successful vacation.

Nice, easy, simple everything was easily accessible instructions were made clear. Very happy with our 5 night stay. If we ever decide to head to the Destin area we will be checking this out again.

Excellent Resort and stay!

First time staying at this resort and we had an excellent experience. Private beach, beautiful room, wonderful pool and hot tub. Only concern was checking in. A person at Check-in front desk leaves at 5pm, so you have to figure out after hour check in. ( it could be complicated), but overall it was very nice

Air conditioning does not work

Surfside is very dated. The building seems to have an issue with the air conditioning and keeping condos cool. We had a girls trip and our condo was 82 for the 3 nights we were there. Maintenance came twice but could do nothing.

Beautiful condo, very spacious!! Beautiful beach view

Loved the décor inside, balcony was very big and had lost of sitting and you could enjoy watching the blue sea!! Master bedroom was big and had a nice beach view, restroom was very nice and big. Overall everything was very nice, worth the stay

Girls trip

Are stay was more than we could ask for. Beach was beautiful. Balcony facing ocean. 2 br 2 bath. Only complaint resturant, the hostess was so rude. We just left.

Nice stay

Just had to walk across the road to the beach. It was pretty clean. I would say that it needs some updating. The closet doors do not open smoothly (come out of their tracks), the blinds are broken in places, the headboards are not attached to the double beds correctly (they knock on the wall and move around when getting in and out of the bed), and the tub doesn’t drain properly. There are large flat screen TVs in each room, decor is descent, and the location is nice. Considering the price and location of other places this is still a nice room.

Beautiful Beach Side Resort

We loved our stay. We had a group of nine stay here, 4 were kids, but the space was perfect. We never felt on top of each other. The master suite was HUGE. The double room was basically the size of a standard hotel room, which was a downfall due to 3 adult sharing that room there just wasn't a ton of space to put things. The bathroom by the double bed room was smaller and the tub had drainage issues but we think that was due to sand. The kitchen was a great size. We cooked breakfast every day. The pool was amazing. It was never overally crowded and we could always find a few chairs free. The beach access was great. We used the sky bridge and the crossed the road to enter. The stairs down the sky bridge are rough when you have multiple things to bring down so we used the street access. The restaurant at the hotel was AMAZING. We wish we would of eaten there more than once. Overall our stay was amazing and we would def. consider coming back.

Not worth it!

Very disappointed. Layout okay but this unit is right above exhaust from restaurant which could spoil anyone’s appetite - couldn’t keep patio doors open. Trash emptying removal area - loud banging, trucks beeping. Patio deck extremely dirty - couldn’t use! General condition poor, dirty & dishwasher leaked even after maintenance called. Only two elevators for 6 to 8 units on 14 floors. ALWAYS waiting.

Much needed rest and relaxation

My friend and I visited the resort with the mind set of hot tub and beach, we got so much more with our stay at unit 307. Although the unit is located towards the backside, we had a marvelous view of the ocean and the unit itself was very clean with all the amenities one would need to enjoy home away from home. We will be back.

I booked an extra night!

I've experience the condo life but I wanted my kids and grand baby to do the same and they loved it! The location, the beautiful view of the beach, the access to the beach( which I wish had stroller/wheelchair accessibility) but great otherwise. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella was a plus as well as the onsite restaurant, we didn't have to drive much at all. The unit was great and spacious. I loved all the access to the balcony from every room and the master bedroom and bathroom is so spacious! The only cons I have is the water in the guest bathroom did not get cold and could be dangerous but the tub was fine, the sliding doors needs oiling(patio and shower) and the furniture in the sitting area needs updating as well as the patio and chair in master but overall it felt like home and we stayed an extra night! We're ready to go back!
