Unit 1505 in the East Tower of beautiful Silver Beach Towers. Colorful and bright, this unit is the perfect beach condo in which to enjoy your vacation. It features include a comfortable bed in each bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Also included is a Jacuzzi tub, underground parking, and incredible Gulf views.

Things to know

Beach service is available from March until October for an additional $30 fee per day.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 15.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

BLACK MOLD. Do not stay!Black mold in laundry room and master bathroom. Would not have stayed here if I knew this. Dryer was broken and tore up our clothes. Roach found. Silver Beach Towers were gorgeous. Not this unit.

The property is beautiful. There were too many alterations at the beginning of my stay that sort of drained the whole trip. We couldn’t assess the correct elevators because one door was broken then the lobby was locked (it was after hours). We finally figured out how to get in through the garage elevator. Keep in mind this is after midnight and after a long day. Then the incorrect parking spot was listed on my reservation. I just picked a spot & said a prayer that my car wouldn’t get booted. We finally get to our room & there is a ton of water on the kitchen floor. We mop it up, unpack our things only to come back to more water. That went on for hours into the next evening when maintenance came & figured out it was coming from the fridge ice maker line. The kitchen foam rug was soaked. SOAKED with water. I was asked to put it in the washer & dryer on my vacation! I opted to let it dry on the balcony. The owners compensated me with a small refund so we could rent beach chairs & a late checkout but I just feel that I need a do over. It was a birthday trip & was supposed to be relaxing. I lost a whole day of relaxation. The view is breathtaking. I think that helped me handle the whole situation calmly.

The view was absolutely beautiful! The beds were comfortable, feel right asleep when I laid down on it. The bathroom, amazing. The sound of the waves was so relaxing. Our stay is one that I will never forget! I will definitely be booking with you all again. Thanks!

Great condo

The condo itself was perfect, just what we needed. It was clean, stocked with pots and pans, washer and dryer and towels, the facility was awesome, the pools were nice and clean. The hallway outside of this particular room near the elevator had a very foul odor that we didn't notice elsewhere. There were some incorrect information given to us by Vacasa regarding parking and umbrella costs and how to reserve the umbrellas which was inconvenient when we arrived very late at night. Overall we had a positive experience.

Key fob issue, construction

I had issues with vacasa and key fob, dryer knob broke/just fell off, and a call that pest control was coming to spray. Also was told there was no construction. There was. Half of parking garage closed. Men working on windows and balconies. The construction work done on this unit while I was there was new caulking on window. The man apologized for the caulk flying on the balcony while my friend was sitting on balcony. Also I had window blinds open in master bedroom and all of a sudden there's a construction worker. I didn't like that at all. Food on the beach was good. Of course the gulf was beautiful. Pools were nice. Besides all the construction cones by the pool. You do have to get the key fobs in a different location. Vacasa has a building down the street, not on property. I got two key fobs. Mine did not work. I couldn't get into building, or order chairs. My key fob was not active. I had to go back to vacasa down the street and get a new one. Watch out for the banana boat. The banana boat was located at a different location. I did ride one got thrown off. Not a fan. I was left in the gulf felt like forever till the boat came back. I ran into pest control in elevator. I was reassured they weren't coming. I got two different answers from vacasa that they were coming, and not coming.

Nice place, horrible check in/ management communication

Beautiful and spacious condo. Amazing ocean view. Only cleanliness complaint was huge cockroach in the kitchen on the second day. So I report to address to get check in package. It’s in some obscure questionable location with a tiny sign, all doors are locked. No one answers phone or comes to door. Spent 20 minutes on customer service. Look in lock box, is a manager number on there that eventually calls us back and says she will get someone there, it’s 350pm. A guy comes out of door I had been knocking on prior. Says here is everything you need. We fight traffic and half way to property, discover there is no Fobs for building or parking garage. Call manager back, yep there should be. Asks us to go back and get them, sure let’s go fight the endless traffic again. Go and get fobs and come back. Got assigned a parking spot that doesn’t exist. Confirmed with online help, local Vacasa agent parking spot is 1505, doesn’t exist or anything close to it. They confirm rather into is accurate.So we parked in a random spot. Came out the next morning to parking stickers on 3/4 sides of our car and a hand written note from the parking spot owner cause we were in wrong spot. The POA office phone numbers in parking garage go to no where. The parking tag for mirror was supposed to be filled out with spot number, it was blank.For the price my family paid for this rental property, the check in and accurate communication process was poor. Vacasa, horrible experience. Nice property otherwis

Beach getaway

Bathrooms were clean and the upgraded showers were great! Awesome views when the maintenance crews were not in the way. Patio doors don't really lock which is fine until you have people landing on your 15th story deck right outside the window. Overall a great place to stay.

2024 Destin Vacation

Myself , Husband & 2 yr. old granddaughter really enjoyed our stay with this condo . Perfect view of the Gulf . Privacy for two families if you wanted to , both bedrooms/ bathrooms close off if needed . Everything was really close for convenience of shopping needs . Communication for checking in was somewhat confusing , but once we got all that taken care of everything from there went smoothly. We will be returning 5 stars

Great views!!

Great views from the condo! The condo was clean and stocked with what we needed. We didn’t cook much but had what we needed to make small meals. Check out was a breeze and finding the box to return the fobs was easy on our way out.

Spacious, clean, and good location

I enjoyed this condo a lot! The pools were nice and the immediate access to the beach was perfect. The helicopter tours that run constantly everyday are SUPER annoying. I would like to stay here again but the helicopters totally ruin the peaceful vibe I was looking for. The condo itself is spacious and really nice! Comfortable beds and big bathrooms. We had a great time!

Awesome View

Super easy to find, the entrance is at a stop light so easy getting in and out of traffic to the main road. Nice restaurants just minutes away. Overall clean, floors could have been cleaner though. Beds were very comfortable, showers were nice with great water pressure. Kids loved using the bathtub. The view was wonderful, we were nervous being that high up but you can' t beat this view!! Beach is private and only a short elevator ride to access it, we didn't rent their chairs we did use the ones from the room and sat right next to the water. We all enjoyed the pool and laying pool side of the evening. Overall would recommend staying here!

Enjoy our stay at the beach. The resort itself was very nice and clean! Only downside is that we had to travel across town to get our access cards and wrist bands, then return them to the same drop box! There were maintenance issues with the room, but no came to help! There is no staff member on-site or elsewhere only virtual staff. We managed anyway and enjoyed our staff! Won’t be using Vacasa services again

Things that need attention

Door to unit catching at top, needs hinges realigned. Middle door to balcony seems to be off track. No instructions on where to take trash.
