Sterling Shores is under renovation for a beautification project in which they are working on all balconies and walkways to the condos. Due to this beautification process, one pool closest to the building may close in November very briefly. No other amenities will be affected. Renovations are currently in progress Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The renovation is set to be finished by 1/29/2026. If bad weather interferes with the beautification process, renovations could continue into February. If there are any updates, I will let you know. We have blocked down the units that are primarily affected by this construction. June-Labor Day is painting the exterior and should not cause much of a disturbance. After Labor Day, you may experience floor grinding noise and dust. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you enjoy your stay!

Resort Quest offers Sterling Shores 715 in beautiful Destin. This unit located on the 7th floor, offers fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico. The small second bedroom does not have a closet, though it does have a bathroom attached. With 3 TVs, 1 DVD player, and CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. Enjoy your vacation with this awesome view of the gulf. The condo is comfortable and well maintained, with upgraded flooring and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom appointed. Guests can enjoy lovely shared amenities, including pools and a seasonal snack shack.

THINGS TO KNOW
Construction is 8-5, 7 days a week. Beginning Monday, October 20, 2025, the Lagoon Pool will be closed for approximately 3 weeks to have it resurfaced. We are hopeful to have it back up and running by November 10, 2025.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 7.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
