The most observant will even have the chance to contemplate the dolphins while quietly installed on the terrace. <br>You will find everything you need to spend an ideal stay: heated swimming pool with panoramic views, deckchairs and outdoor lounge, fully equipped open kitchen, comfortable living room with TV, two bathrooms, as well as four bedrooms with double beds. All these rooms offer a splendid sea view. <br>The villa consists of two levels: the first floor hosting the living rooms, the shower room with WC, a bedroom, the pantry, and a separate WC; the garden level hosting the other three bedrooms, the bathroom and a separate WC. <br>Each bedroom is equipped with a top-of-the-range Simmons mattress in 160x200cm with Bultex bed base as well as large storage space. <br>The bathroom is equipped with a large spacious and elegant corner bathtub, allowing you to enjoy a bath for two in comfort. <br>All living rooms are air-conditioned. <br>The pantry has a washing machine, a dryer and a large upright freezer that you can switch to refrigerator mode if you prefer. <br>Wifi is present throughout the villa. <br>Other small equipment is at your disposal if needed, such as an iron or a hairdryer. <br>The large beach of Campomoro can be reached on foot in 6 minutes for the descent, a little more for the ascent. You will also benefit from direct access to the coastal path at the exit of the land. <br>A thorough cleaning will be done before your arrival to ensure a comfortable and safe stay. <br>Bed linen and towels are provided. <br>Do not hesitate to contact your hosts who will be happy to inform you about the many activities in the area: diving, hiking, kayaking, paddle ... <br><br>NB: Rentals from Saturday to Saturday<br>NB 2: The last 100 meters of the access road are not concrete, so it is better to avoid low cars to access the property. <br>NB 3: a "weekend" reservation is possible outside July and August depending on availability.
