2 bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed, one with air conditioning and a reading corner.
A dressing/storage room with WC and adjoining water point.

An air-conditioned living room with 2 sofas (one convertible) and TV, opening onto a small rear terrace with mobile barbecue.
A dining room with fitted kitchen, opening onto a pleasant enclosed terrace with manual awning, garden furniture and deckchairs.
A private parking space in the grounds of the house.

Kitchen: dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker...
