Beautiful Home on Lake Tuscaloosa

This lake house has been totally renovated.

Enjoy lots of living space in this two story retreat house sitting directly on Lake Tuscaloosa with direct access to the lake; no step down! Enjoy the use of 6 bedrooms 4 full baths. 2 of the bedrooms have private en-suites. The house sleeps 14 comfortably in beds. There is (3) King bedrooms, (2) Queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with (2) bunk beds. There is a playroom on the basement available as well!

The house features 5 TVs, including one on the covered deck, perfect for watching the Crimson Tide play on a gorgeous fall day.

Have fun in the sun with a brand-new, private boat dock. The dock is right off the back patio and just 5 minutes from the marina. Pontoon rentals available at Smith Marina. Please let us know if we can help set up a rental.

Enjoy cooking in a fully-equipped kitchen complete with small appliance such as a blender and coffee make. A gas grill and a big green egg is also available for use on the outside of deck.

Linens and towels are provided for all beds and bathrooms.

Great location for family get together!

We loved our family time at Lake Tuscaloosa! Great location for fishing and watching football… Honestly the hit of the weekend for the 8 & under crowd was the swing…. We want to stay again for another cousin’s weekend!

WE HAD THE BEST TIME! Loved the outdoor living area

Our family had the BEST TIME! It was everything we wanted in a rental. Plenty of space, clean, beautiful fenced in yard, very close to the water, and the outdoor living area is to die for at sunset! The little ones loved the hidden toys . Even if your not a fan of stairs , you can cheat and just walk around thru the yard loading and unloading lol.

Beautiful place!!

This home was absolutely beautiful!! They have done upgrades to the outside these pics don’t show and it’s incredible!!! So nice to be able to chill and swim right off the dock!! Def enough space for 14 people!! We had an amazing time!!! Only thing I would suggest is have 2 outdoor trash cans because 14 people can create a lot of trash!! And maybe the owner check and see if you’re bringing boats because having his stay at the dock is a little inconvenient because we had a fishing boat and rented a pontoon for the day and having his boat at the dock made it difficult to have your boats docked there.. Other than that everything else was great!!

Our family Thanksging was magical on beautiful Lake Tuscaloosa.

We had a great experience with this rental. The house is very comrfotable and the views of the lake are incredible. Plenty of bedrooms to host a family event with beds for everyone. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook meals or BBQ. We will definitely rent again in the future!

Bama Reunion

There were 10 of us who stayed in this beautiful home on Lake Tuscaloosa for our annual Bama Reunion. We enjoyed the large deck with beautiful views and gorgeous sunset. The living area was large enough for all of us to be together to visit, laugh and reminisce on our college days. The bedrooms were spacious. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Plenty of parking available and the drive to campus was only a short distance. William was so helpful in answering questions before we arrived. We will definitely look to rent again!!.

Lake stay

Perfectly Perfect

This property is even more beautiful than the photos. And so much space! We had 16 people for Grad weekend and had room for more. Very clean and well kept. Everything you could possibly need was available. Loved that there was enough parking and it was easy. William was great with communication. Hope to be able to stay again.

Thanksgivings 2021

The house was super comfortable. We where 4 families and had 6 bedrooms. The upstairs had a very open kitchen and living space. The back porch has all you need with an outside TV, BBQ and griddle: (Green Egg)and a Webber.

Northport Classic

Great property. It is set up for big groups which made it ideal for Graduation Weekend. Newly remodeled and updated. Location is perfect. Lake Tuscaloosa is the backyard. Check in and out is seamless and communication with William was great. Definitely Southern Hospitality at its finest. Outside area is great for entertaining with Large TV on the deck and several BBQ options. Beautiful neighborhood and close to all of the need amenities. Roll Tide!

This has been our family’s most favorite stays yet! Beautiful views, lovely decor, very clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and enough space for everyone. The owner was very responsive. The porch space was our favorite feature! We enjoyed a family day while watching Bama Basketball on the big porch overlooking the lake. The dock is nice too and having a ladder makes it easy to swim. Making this one of our favorite stays. We hope to stay here again soon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And Roll Tide!

Immaculately clean, beautiful house, just one thing

This house is beautiful and sparkling clean. Great layout. It has 4 full baths so plenty of showers. All bedrooms had comfortable beds. Main living space and outside deck are lovely and beautifully furnished. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because our first morning we were there, we were woken up around 8:00 by a full 6 man crew of landscapers banging shovels and tamping down sod, thump, thump, thump! Then some kind of a backhoe motoring around the front lawn! Not exactly peaceful and awkward to come out on the deck with all these workers. Called the owner, left a message. Never even got a call back. Another Crew was back on our last morning again. Left a note at checkout. Never heard back. If not for this, it would have been 5 stars.

Fantastic Stay!

This property is just lovely and accommodating for a wide range of guests. There is plenty to do for the young and old. The set up allows for sleeping accommodations for many and there is a great separation between the upstairs bedrooms and living space and the downstairs bedrooms and living space. It’s an awesome set up for watching Alabama football with TVs everywhere. The house is pristine yet comfortable. We are calling this our “first annual” Lake Tuscaloosa weekend as we plan on coming back. The hosts were responsive and a great time was had by all!
