Our home is a magnificent Provençal country house, a tastefully designed architect-built home, located less than 10 minutes from downtown Nîmes. It is situated on one of the hills surrounding Nîmes, surrounded by greenery, on a fenced-in 3,000-square-meter lot with beautiful trees, in a completely peaceful setting.
The house is spacious (240m²), featuring a 50m² living/dining room bathed in natural light and boasting a large fireplace. The modern, brand-new, fully equipped kitchen measures 40m² and opens onto the terrace.
Upstairs, the house features:
- A 50-square-meter master suite with an en-suite bathroom (king-size bed, toilet, shower, bathtub)
- A bedroom with a double bed (160) and an en-suite bathroom.
-A bedroom with a single bed and a balcony; bathroom with a bathtub on the landing.
On the first floor:
A bedroom with a loft bed (which can accommodate an adult or a child); half-bath on the landing.
A bedroom/office with a double bed (new and comfortable sofa bed).
The house has a sleeper sofa in the living room.
The large terrace can accommodate a large dinner party, in the shade or in the sun, with a barbecue and a plancha!
Finally, a magnificent infinity pool (13m/6m) equipped with a set of lounge chairs and a large umbrella, ideal for hot summer days.
We have a swing set for children.
