We provide a standing clothing rack in each room to hang your clothes. The Master bedroom also has a chest of drawers to use. (All bedroom closets and all bathroom cabinets will be locked guests will not have access to these areas).

Guest 1-2 will share & have access to the Master Bedroom & Master Bathroom plus 1/2 Bath downstairs. The other 2 bedrooms & 2nd full bath upstairs will be closed off. (2 people max)

*For Guest 3-7 there is a per person/per day extra charge for the additional bedrooms and other full bathroom. (3-7 people)

Guest 3-4 will share & have access to the 2nd full size bedroom & the 2nd full bathroom upstairs. (2 people max)

Guest 5-7 will share & have access to the 3rd bedroom which is a twin bed over a full-sized bunkbed and will share the 2nd full bathroom with bedroom #2. (3 people max)

*Upstairs: NO shoes, NO food, NO drink (unless water)
*Downstairs: Take off shoes, use sock feet only to stop the spread of germs
*Pool: NO PEE, NO jewelry, NO glass, NO sharp objects, NO food.

•All general housekeeping is the guests responsibility such as cleaning up a mess that was made and washing dishes, just like you would do at your own house!

•Fire Pit: Burn permit not required. You are responsible for the fire and should stay with it until it’s completely burned out and cold to the touch.

•Trampoline: Homeowners are not responsible for any inquires you or your guests receive while on the trampoline. You assume fully responsibility.

•Above Ground Pool: (installed June 19, 2020) NO jewelry in the pool. NO glass near or in the pool. NO metal in the pool. The liner will rip and bust if jewelry, glass, or metal punctures the liner and will bust the pool. Homeowners are not responsible for any inquires you or your guests receive while in the pool. You assume fully responsibility.

For the pool, ensure the pool pump runs for 12 hours between sunset & sunrise, clean skimmer out daily, and turn off pump during heavy rains or thunderstorms. ((Please ensure the water is up to the 3rd mark on the skimmer. If the water level is below the skimmer it will blow up the pump. If the water is low please contact me ASAP or you can use the water hose to fill it up to the 3rd mark on the skimmer)). The colored towels in the bathroom closet upstairs is what to use for the pool unless you bring your own. *No jewelry, no glass, no sharp objects and no food in or around the pool please*

Trash-Drop off is 5 minutes away. 95 American Rd, Afton TN 37616. The schedule is located beside the refrigerator.
