The Inn at 257 is located in the beautiful Elliotborough neighborhood. You will be FOUR short blocks from King Street. We recommend you leave your car parked in our lot and enjoy the city on foot, bicycle, or the ever convenient Uber and Lyft.

If you've never used a wet room before, you're in for a treat! The sleek and modern bathroom has teak mats so you can comfortably use the open space at all times.

We loved our stay! The neighborhood was great and it was easy to uber to any locations that we felt were out of walking distance.Courtney was very friendly and communicative. We appreciated the on-site parking and used the pool every night.

If I could give more than 5 stars i would. The hosts went above and beyond to make my wife and I feel welcomed. The room and surrounding property are well maintained and clean. Will definitely return on a later date

This was the perfect landing spot for our long weekend in Charleston. Our host was always quickly responsive and helpful. Off street parking, pool, and AC were all fabulous. The neighborhood is filled with GREAT local coffee shops and restaurants, and downtown was a nice walk or very quick drive/Uber away. Highly recommend for folks looking for a clean, comfy, launchpad for a long weekend out and about exploring and enjoying Charleston.

Concert Getaway

We were in town for a concert and enjoyed the private heated salt water pool for some much needed relaxation. The room was charming and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Great spot!

The room was very clean and the host was super responsive. My daughter and I had so much fun exploring the neighborhood and downtown was just a very short uber ride away.

We had a great stay! Super cute and clean room. Rather small and the bathroom is an interesting concept. It has a perfect downtown location, often walkable! The host was easy to contact and answer any questions!

Great location for vegan food

We chose this location because of Three Girls on spring & then found Herliyali. King St was close & we were in the warm pool multiple times. We were greeted when we arrived which was helpful to park & make sure we got the correct red door

Good experience!

Room was a decent size. Plenty of storage. All the furniture had a drawer or shelf. Closet good size. Had coffee, creamers, sugars, stirrers and a bottle of wine. Mugs, glasses. Wi-Fi worked great. We walked everywhere from the house. Parking on property. Worked out great!

Perfect Experience

We had an incredible stay. Everything about it exceeded our expectations—from the beautifully decorated interiors to the perfect location. Wedding visit

Fairly well located for Hampton Park wedding and King St. activities. I felt the room was small and may not have been the location I saw on the Vrbo listing when making the reservation. Overall through it worked for us. When doing this again, I would have sorted the room size.

Amazing stay!

My fiance and I absolutely loved staying here. It is a 20-30 minute walk to downtown, very clean and cozy space, perfect for the two of us. The heated pool was an amazing bonus! The host is extremely responsive and was kind enough to let us check in early (which the process was super easy) and even check out late with bag storage since we have a late flight back home. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and absolutely love Charleston! :)
