Located in the eastern foothills of the Sierra Mountains, BBQ , free WiFi and parking for all size vehicles. Walk across the street to Mntn View BBQ, enjoy breakfast at Sweet Water Cafe, or grab a burger at Walker Burger!

This is a boutique road side motel. It's off the 395, if you are a light sleeper this may not be the right place for you.

Quiet tiny town with a couple places to eat

Cute place! I didn't find the noise from the road disturbing, I didn't hear it through the night. its a quiet tiny town with a couple places to eat. super close to topaz lake and Carson city. Definitely would stay again!

Excellent location. Everything went great

Stay was cool's a bit overpriced the room was nice and clean. Only thing was that the sign was off at night only reason I stayed here was because I've never stayed at a motel before. Not a huge deal as everything else went great.

Great location to see the sites in this area. Very clean and so worth the money. Very cool historic place to stay with an updated modern room.

Relaxing in a clean and comfortable spot

Easy to find off of Hwy 395 and perfect half way spot between LA an Lake Tahoe /Reno. We spent the day enjoying our drive up north stopping at Mono Lake and Bodie State Park. Didn't want to rush to Lake Tahoe or pay double the cost there so Walker was a good place to spend the night. It's only 90 min away from Tahoe so we left early in the morning the next day and still had plenty of time to hike, splash, and enjoy Tahoe.
