Welcome to Casa Del Mar B, a Super Clean Condo with Private Balcony & Fire Pit located in the heart of San Clemente’s beautiful historic village. A quick walk—or free trolley ride (Mar–Oct)—to the main beach, pier, world-class dining, shops, cafés, wine bars, and the weekly farmers market.



Inside, the newly renovated condo has a bright, beachy feel and includes all the comforts of home: luxury mattresses and crisp premium bedding, a fully equipped cook’s kitchen, Central AC, smart TVs with streaming, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Outside, your private balcony offers a cozy seating area, fire pit, and BBQ—perfect for unwinding after beach days.



Please note: The balcony sits directly above the backyard outdoor area of another rental unit. There is a privacy screen but you may occasionally hear guests below. We kindly ask that balcony noise be kept to a minimum and that quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM are respected.



We also provide everything you need for a perfect stay: fast WiFi, workspace, Keurig coffee with pods and creamers, and full beach gear including towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, wagon, and access to an outdoor shower.



A dedicated parking space is included, and we happily welcome 99% of pets with pre-approval.

Wonderful place to stay in the best location for beach, shopping and dining. The hosts were very thoughtful and left cold beverages in the frig and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Would definitely love to stay again when back in the area.

Very nice convenient property. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. Would’ve liked apt A with the deck. Our little terrace in the back was over the hot tub(felt like we were eavesdropping on the neighbors)and not that comfortable. Appreciated the bottled water.

We loved the location for this stay. You’re right in the heart of San Clemente with tons of local options nearby, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. It was an easy walk to the pier, shops, and restaurants, and it stayed pretty quiet considering how busy the area gets.We also really appreciated how family-friendly the place was. There were toys ready for our kids (ages one and two) when we arrived, and the TVs were already set up with streaming subscriptions, so it was easy to hit the ground running. We couldn’t be happier and would love to come back for a future stay.Great host with speedy communications as well!

My sister and I stayed at this property for three nights toward the end of September. How lucky were we to find this thoroughly beautiful and spotless condo! Thought the street noise would be loud, and that was not the case at all. Communication was EXCELLENT, location was EXCELLENT, amenities, bedding, and towels were EXCELLENT! The summer trolley car was right outside; it took us to the pier area, and we caught it each evening to bring us back to our condo! We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying our breakfast, we loved our very convenient walk to the downtown area where we enjoyed Champain Bakery's super-delicious pastries! One last thing . . . . beach chairs, towels, umbrellas were all available for us to use. Add all that up, and I can easily say this place was WONDERFUL!

My family of 4 stayed at this property in June 2026 and it was WONDERFUL! The location is perfect; right on the main street of San Clemente, within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and the beach/pier. The unit itself was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer as well. We didn't do any cooking but the kitchen was appointed with every tool and appliance you would need. The beach towels and boogie boards, bikes, etc. that were available for use were an added bonus. The hosts have really thought of everything to ensure that you have a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend this location to anyone else traveling to the San Clemente area.

Great stay

This condo is in a perfect location within walking distance of great restaurants and the pier. The condo is very well equipped everything we needed and more. Very clean and extremely easy check in. Will definitely come back when in this area.

We enjoyed our stay until the weather turned nasty. The unit was as advertised. The location was both close to restaurants and the ocean. I would stay here again.
