We designed this house for family reunions; symbolically, its name is an anagram of our first names—parents and children.
A townhouse fully renovated in 2020, furnished and decorated in a warm, contemporary mountain style. Our home enjoys a prime location in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to the thermal baths (450 m) and the gondola (during the winter season, with a shuttle stop 100 m away).
You’ll have access to:
- On the first floor: a spacious living area with direct access to a landscaped terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the mountain view, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a laundry area
- Upstairs: 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have balconies and mountain views, a bathroom, and a separate toilet
- Outside: a private courtyard/parking area and a storage shed for skis and sports equipment
