Accommodation in the Heart of Le Moulleau, Close to the Beach, Ideal for 2 travelers, Possibility of 4 beds, in a quiet residence to be respected, with a Private Parking in the garden of the Residence. Upon arrival, the bed will be made, the linen and some very useful items (coffee, tea, washing up liquid...) will be provided.
Apartment with a surface area of 31 m2 Type T2 without terrace, Beach at 150 meters offering a small garden with benches to allow you to relax in the sun, read a good book or rest. The accommodation includes:
- a living room with Ikea 140x200 sofa bed, a television, a table for 4 or 6 people, free Wi-Fi, Netflix and printer to install on your PC;
- a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dryer;
- a fully equipped kitchen with stove (4-burner induction oven), refrigerator and dishwasher;
- a blind room with a 140 x 190 chest bed (to store suitcases and bulky bags), a dresser, a wardrobe and a desk.



The beach is very close, 150m walk. 2 minutes away, the tobacco bar sells croissants in the morning and the grocery store is just opposite. A few more steps, and you will find the pharmacy, the wine shop, the pastry chef, the ready-to-wear shops, the bike rental company as well as the market gardener, the fishmonger and other shops in Pyla/mer within a 10-minute walk. Finally, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants near the pier are ready to welcome you to relax and have a good time.

The free Moulleau bus will take you to the city center in Arcachon (10 minutes by car), to the Dune du Pyla or to the Ocean. For your little ones, you will find a playground about 15 minutes walk away, near the Sailing Club. Thanks to the now very numerous cycle paths, you can go on beautiful and long bike rides. At the pier, various boat tours are offered and a few minutes by car, you will find a pleasant tennis club, a golf course, a surf school... In Arcachon, you can stroll through the various shops, walk in the Mauresque Park, climb the belvedere to admire the beautiful view, and take a walk to the Port...
