Hermosa cabaña de pescadores recientemente renovada, fantástica ubicación Downalong

Esta es una hermosa casa de pescadores recientemente renovada situada en una calle tranquila en el corazón de Downalong. La propiedad está ubicada entre tres fabulosas playas familiares en Porthmeor, perfectas para practicar surf, Porthgwidden, que tiene una hermosa playa segura perfecta para familias y la playa Harbour con el fabuloso telón de fondo de St Ives. Estamos a 2 minutos a pie de las tiendas y restaurantes destacados, el museo Tate y Barbara Hepworth. La ubicación de St Eia proporcionará una base fabulosa con la que explorar todo lo que St Ives tiene para ofrecer. La cabaña ha sido cuidadosamente restaurada y aún conserva varias características, pero con un toque moderno. Esta cabaña proporcionaría una base excelente para unas vacaciones familiares en la playa, nada está demasiado lejos debido a su ubicación, puede saltar hacia atrás y hacia adelante con mucha facilidad y todo está en el piso, ¡sin llevar tablas de surf cuesta arriba! La propiedad está distribuida en 4 plantas, con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Hay una moderna cocina totalmente equipada, comedor con cesta de bienvenida a la llegada. Hay un gran salón cómodo con techos altos. El tercer piso tiene una habitación con dos camas individuales y un baño en ese piso. En la planta superior hay una cama doble con vistas al mar y un baño, que consta de un inodoro y un lavabo. La casa tiene acceso rápido a Wifi. Nos hemos asegurado de que tengas todo lo que puedas necesitar, sin embargo, si encuentras que necesitas algo más o encuentras algún problema durante tu estadía, hay un ama de llaves local disponible para ayudarte. La entrada a la propiedad es por llave de seguridad.

From arrival, easy to park outside and drop off bags etc, The Island car Park was within a minutes walk. House was nice and cosy. Beaches were within a couple of minutes walk, so it was ideally located. Host was very good at communicating with us, even arranging a Christmas tree to be in the lounge.

Had a few weeks staying in this cottage in November. Great communications with the host.House clean and has everything you need. Bit of a trek getting from the ground floor kitchen up to the double room on the top floor but we knew that prior. Very common though with all these cottages in this area.Really close to the beaches and the town.We enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely traditional fishing cottage in old part of St Ives, very close to harbour, several beaches. Cottage is quaint, but had everything we needed. Comfortable and attractive and most enjoyable.

Family Time

We all really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well after our days exploring St Ives. The cottage has everything you possibly need and the location perfect.

We had a wonderful time. The cottage is lovely and ideally situated. We were able to potter about to our hearts’ content and St Ives has so much to offer. Our host answered our queries quickly and fully. Check in was easy. Well appointed with everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely place to stay.

Quaint cottage near beaches. Can see a glimpse of sea from upstairs bedroom. Love the location. Could walk everywhere. The house is clean, and styled very cute. No musty smell. There are a lot of stairs so if mobility is an issue then this might not be best choice. My mom and I felt right at home. It was a great experience!

Great little property, very comfortable and fantastic location

A great little dog friendly property situated with everything you need on the doorstep - beaches, cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops. Very comfortable and clean. The slight issue we had with the toilet and shower was sorted very swiftly with excellent communication with the owner. Will have no hesitation in booking to stay here again - thank you for having us!

Fantastic position

We had a great holiday in your cottage, everything we needed was at hand. We especially liked that it was in a quieter part of St Ives but incredibly near to a nice beach. We also liked that fact that it's near to great restaurants and shops.

We just wanted a beautiful location quiet and lots of little coffee stops sea front and sister time

Lovely cosy homely cottage. Minutes from the sea front. Everything you’d want and more. Lots of games in premises for a rainy day to!

Very well appointed comfortable cottage, well positioned for town centre & a long stay carpark

We had a great time in St Ives and the convenient position of the cottage allowed us to come and go as we pleased with no need to use the car . Cottage well equipped and everything we needed was available . Kitchen, bathroom and ensuite newly fitted out . Overall an ideal holiday base .
