Located 500 m (5-minute walk) from the village of St. Coulomb and its shops (bakeries, butcher shops, grocery stores, and all amenities), 300 m (a 3-minute walk) from a bus stop, and 2 km from the GR34 hiking trail, which will let you enjoy the wild coast where you’ll discover beautiful sandy beaches and architectural landmarks such as Fort Duguesclin, La Chapelle des Vergers, and the Pointe du Grouin semaphore station. You can also plan a tour of the Malouinières and many other excursions, including Saint-Malo, Dinan, Cancale, and Mont Saint-Michel, to name just a few. About the rental: The first floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, which leads out to the terrace and garden—both offering unobstructed views with no neighboring buildings in sight— a half-bath, a shower room, and a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a dresser. In the garage, you’ll have access to a washer and dryer. On the first floor, you’ll find a large desk in the mezzanine for drawing or working (high-speed fiber-optic internet, free Wi-Fi), as well as a sofa, board games, and books for all ages. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed and a walk-in closet, a half-bath on the landing, and a full bathroom. You won’t need to bring your own linens; the beds will be made for your arrival, and bath towels, microfiber beach towels, and dish towels will be provided. A security deposit check for €400 will be required at the start of your stay and returned upon your departure (provided the cleaning, dishes, and property condition are satisfactory). We’ll be there to greet you upon your arrival and see you off upon your departure.
