The Hummingbird (Unit B) A spacious 1250 sg ft 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Villa. Main entrance is on the second level above a private 2 car garage with easy access to a shared staircase and key less w/code front door. A deck with outdoor furniture is attached to entrance for red rock viewing. As you enter you will find a large living area with a brand-new cozy sofa and love seat, dining room table/chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a guest bathroom with tub/shower in the hallway leading to the two king bedrooms. The master king bedroom has an en suite with walk-in shower. The 3rd room equipped with a queen bed with separate back entrance. This unit has tile flooring throughout w/ central air conditioning and heating. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. (No Over-sized vehicles or trailer parking available)

Spectacular Views

We are a retired couple who very much enjoyed our stay at the Villa for a month. The accommodation was comfortable and very clean. The views of the mountains from the deck were beyond compare. The location was ideal for getting to the many trailheads. The hiking was amazing. Management responded quickly to the questions and concerns we had. All in all a memorable visit to Sedona.

Great location and spectacular view

Just as described, would stay here again. Prompt, courteous, and to-the-point comms with property manager/owner. Bathroom fan fixed within 4 hours of initial contact. We stayed for a month, so really started to feel at home here.

Spring Break Family Trip

The apartment was the perfect resting spot after our many long adventures & hikes around Sedona. Having a kitchen & washing machine was a huge plus over a hotel!! Perfect location to walk to local restaurants for dinner. And located close to shops & Pink Jeep tours. Dave was so helpful getting us in, despite my lack of key code savvy!

Gorgeous view

This was a perfect place for a family Sedona stay. The view was stunning. The location is wonderful. Our older kids were able to walk to town on their own. It’s so close to many shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great location and views. The house sleeps 6 but did not have enough towels and wash rags to accommodate all 6 people . Check in was easy. Would stay again

Great location, beautiful views

Loved the condo location, decor and views! Management was prompt with all information. A few of the family members said the pillows were uncomfortable, but that's not a deal breaker. We would stay here again, we'd just bring our own pillows next time. Thanks for a wonderful stay...

Beautiful View

The property is clearly a full time rental. It has a beautiful view and great location, we were easily able to walk to shops and restaurants. However , for the price plus having to purchase insurance, I would have expected better quality amenities. There was zero personal touch and everything was very cheaply designed. The dining room table is in need of replacement and the pillows are way to overstuffed and were uncomfortable to sleep on. There were broken items in the Master Bathroom and the dryer took two cycles to dry clothes. We booked late and lost out on a lot of other properties in similar price range that I think would be of better quality. It is really hard to not have a great view in Sedona. If this is all that is available it is clean and meets your needs but I would go with something that is more well-appointed.

Location and views!

Location and views at this property can not be beat. It’s close walking distance from the main strip of town (5 mins), tlaquepeque village (15 mins), and a handful of trailheads (10-15 mins). Endless trailheads are a short drive away. Parking was convenient (garage spot under the unit) and the unit itself was exactly as pictured. A little scarce on the kitchen accommodations given that we were there for Thanksgiving and are a big cooking family. I was specifically told there was a blender at the property, but there wasn’t. And no measuring cups or spices in sight. However, we were able to get by and there’s a Whole Foods not far away. A little disappointed in the cleanliness (there was a razor in our shower, eye patches stuck to the mirror, and a contact lens still on the ground when we arrived) which was a little concerning. Otherwise a wonderful stay and would recommend to others.

The Best Sedona Trip Ever!

The property was very clean. The rooms were spacious and decorated very nice, the views were spectacular. The weather was a little windy so we stayed inside quite a bit, but it was a great time with my family and husband. We will definitely want to rent the property in the future. Amazing stay

We stayed at this property over fall break. I was so glad to have stumbled upon this hidden gem. I have stayed in Sedona twice previously at the Amara, as I wanted to be right on the main road in Uptown; however, this property was about a block off the main drag, which was perfect for our group. You could walk everywhere without a problem. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view of the red rocks was amazing. Dave was great to work with. I would not hesitate to rent here again.

Sedona getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great. Central to downtown and with view. The beds very comfortable. The only concern was that there wasn't enough soap or toilet paper which the host resolved for us in a timely manner.
