There is a guest bathroom with tub/shower in the hallway leading to the two king bedrooms. The master king bedroom has an en suite with walk-in shower. The 3rd room equipped with a queen bed with separate back entrance. This unit has tile flooring throughout w/ central air conditioning and heating. The washer and dryer are located in the garage.
