• a private swimming pool of 7 x 3.5 (heated in medium and high season) secured by alarm, prof. from 0.9m to 1.5m
• a pool house with summer kitchen, pizza oven and outdoor shower (with hot water)
• a playground (petanque and badminton) and an outbuilding housing a laundry room.

The property is covered by a free wifi hot spot, Le maset Le Chêne has a television offering the programs of "canalsat the integral" and a fireplace to enhance the cooler evenings. Both masets are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Household linen is provided (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels and kitchen towels)
The beds are made by the housekeeper on the day of arrival.

Additional services:
- Fixed price 75 € (compulsory) for cleaning and Covid disinfection carried out at the end of the stay by the housekeeper.
- Realization of basic necessities by the housekeeper before arrival with a supplement of 18 € on the price of the races.
