In the heart of the Aix countryside, enjoy the charm of a beautiful, fully equipped, 140 m² Provençal villa—a contemporary home situated in the center of a lovely, fully fenced, and secure 1,000 m² private lot, 15 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 20 minutes from Marseille.

On the upper level of the house, a 70 m² open-plan area opens onto an intimate, tree-lined garden featuring a swimming pool (bromine-treated), a summer kitchen (complete with a fridge and ice maker) and a hammock area for napping in the shade of the trees to the sound of cicadas—you’ll even have a view of Sainte Victoire! You’ll find a large, air-conditioned 50m² living area with a 4K flat-screen TV, a giant sofa, and a fireplace, as well as a large, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, etc.)
You’ll also find an air-conditioned master bedroom with a 180x200 bed, a walk-in closet, and its own bathroom, as well as a second restroom.
Two very pleasant bedrooms on the first floor: the first with a 140x200 bed, a walk-in closet, and a small flat-screen TV with a picture window overlooking the garden; the second with a 140x200 bed on a mezzanine—for children only—separated by a beautiful shower room and a separate toilet, and opening onto the garden play area with a trampoline, ping-pong table, badminton set, and soccer goal available;
Two parking spaces on-site. Close to all major highways, the TGV station, and Marseille-Provence Airport (about 20 minutes away); 40 minutes from the Luberon and with easy access to Provence, Garlaban, Sainte-Beaume, and all the wonders of our region.
This house is our primary residence; it will be made neutral but not completely emptied,
We provide our guests with all the household cleaning supplies,
One set of sheets per bed is provided, as well as 2 towels per person,
The house is close to all amenities, a 5-minute walk from the village center, where you’ll find a bakery, pharmacy, tobacco shop, and grocery store. Numerous bike rides await you, as well as hikes through the land of Cézanne and Pagnol.
NO PARTIES are allowed; this is a quiet place, perfect for relaxation, nestled among neighbors who look out for one another and cherish peace and quiet.
