Ideally located, the residence Les Rives de l'Aure is a 2-minute walk from the spa complex, 5 minutes from the gondolas leading to the ski slopes of Pla d'Adet and 300m from the village, restaurants and all the amenities of Saint-Lary.
The apartment, newly renovated, is located on the 3rd floor accessible by 2 elevators. It includes an entrance, with a cupboard, leading to a living room and a kitchen as well as a master bedroom with cupboard, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A lockable ski locker is allocated to the apartment.

The rental of the apartment gives access to a private parking space, free of charge with digicode. Free WIFI.

Fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases as well as towels and household linen are not provided.
We do not provide any basic equipment in the kitchen (sponge, dish towel, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, washing-up liquid, dishwasher product or other cleaning products).

The residence offers an outdoor swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15, and bicycle storage.

As soon as you arrive in Saint-Lary Soulan, you can pick up the keys at the Nett Montagne concierge (15 Rue Vincent Mir, 65170 Saint-Lary-Soulan - Tel: 05 62 39 59 10) until 6pm on the day of your arrival.
After this time, call Nett Montagne to let them know that you are late and your keys will be put in a secure mailbox at the agency.
Bed linen can be rented from Nett Montagne, to be booked in advance.

The cleaning will be done by you. The apartment is to be made clean: garbage emptied, dishwasher emptied and rinsed. A vacuum cleaner is available as well as a mop.
Check the drawers so you don't leave anything behind.
