Close to both the slopes and downtown, this spacious, fourth-floor condo will give your family the mountain getaway of a lifetime. Begin each day on your very own balcony overlooking the heart of Breck, and walk just across Maggie Pond to reach the QuickSilver Super Chair. In the evenings, enjoy a gas fireplace to toast your toes as you watch movies in the inviting living space, a well-equipped kitchen to make cooking a breeze, and a private washer/dryer for all of your laundry needs.

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Main Street Station is one of the closest properties to the QuickSilver Super Chair and the Maggie Base Area at the foot of Peak 9. On the grounds, you'll find world-class amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, quick and easy parking for one vehicle in the underground garage, and a seasonal shuttle service. The property also features several restaurants, shops, and even a full-service ski and snowboard rental facility. Leave your car securely parked and stroll through downtown to find everything from coffee shops to fine dining, massages, and independent boutiques.

In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun.

Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well. Be sure to check out the Breckenridge Sunday Market for delicious food and a chance to mix with local vendors.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Book another property

Didn’t love much of anything in this property as I mentioned that the internal review blinds were broken. There were stains on the carpet. Black water came out of one of the sinks. And there was a broken handle off a shower. Off the master bath. If I could rate this property s zero I would do it.

Property Manager Vacasa Not Good

Single elevator in West building down. Vacasa manager unresponsive to request for price concession or alternate unit assignment. 5 floors of stairs from basement to 4th floor unit 1411. My wife and I are 65 and 66. The lack of an elevator was a big deal and bad experience. Unit was fine, once we arrived there out of breath. Too bad Vacasa is not managing the building well!!!!!

Fun in Breckenridge

This property is really worthy of a five star rating, with one exception (see below). The location is ideal, the managing company, Vacasa is (almost overly) communicative, and the rooms were large and well-furnished. We had a really great time at the pool and walking around the immediate neighborhood. High recommend. Here's the caveat: we really felt the lack of A/C during our August stay. The condo is on the 4th floor, and there aren't many windows to open up. There are plenty of box fans in the condo for your use, but when we returned every evening, the place was boiling and it took a really long time to draw enough of the cool evening air in to make sleeping possible. I don't see how spending the daytime in the condo would be possible--you'd be boiling. So, this is a great place to stay unless you're here in the height of summer.

False advertising on balcony and not a great stay

The balcony in the ad does not depict how unusable it truly is. It’s too small to even fit a chair to sit on. Approximately 24 inches deep. I offered to pay extra for an upgrade but nothing else was available. I would not have rented at this property had I known this. The listing is deceptive. Also, the overall property is not that clean. The elevator is beat up and filthy, as are the stairs. The fourth floor has no air-conditioning in the hallway, so the hallway and the rooms are extremely warm in the late afternoon, even with the blinds lowered and fans going. This would only be an issue a couple months out of the year. The location is great. The staff is extremely Responsive. For a summer time rental I would not use this place.

This is a great property. Great location.

I have been to this property multiple times. Which is why I booked this time. I took my family to this property hoping for a fun summer trip. I knew there was a pool and hot tub and those amenities looked great. Nowhere in the description did it say the pool would be under construction. Also I was contacted by management prior to the stay only to notify me that one of the elevators on property would be out of service. No mention of the pool. This was extremely disappointing especially when traveling with 2 kids.

Incredible Hospitality

The staff were extremely helpful and made sure that we had an amazing stay throughout. The place itself was great - Very clean, spacious and well decorated. Location wise, it was unbeatable - Right in the main village area and next to the Quicksilver lift. Again, I’d like to reiterate how amazing the staff were during our stay. I highly recommend staying here.

Great place for a Family Ski Trip

Everything was perfect! Well-stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, two full baths, TVs in bedrooms and living room, steps to the quicksilver lift and to town, pool access...all this made family travel super easy and relaxing for all of us! Thank you for a wonderful week.

Great location

Stayed here with my family. My daughter is 14. Thé place was really clean and very comfortable. I felt safe. The condo is located so close to all the cool stores and restaurants on Main Street. Horseback riding at Breckinridge Stables was a highlight for us.
