Cozy 1bed 1 bath condo with new kitchen in 2024 that adds a fresh new look! Condo is in the gated community with 2 pools, hot tub, fitness room. Located in excellent location only 10-15 min away from Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Condo is fully furnished with anything you might need to enjoy your stay. WiFi and cable available. All rooms has laminate floors, no carpet . Come and enjoy your stay in beautiful sunshine state either you like to do shelling on the beach or enjoy your time in the pool.
If you are looking to rent a car while you vacationing here I offer Toyota RAV4available for you to rent as well for very fair price . If you have further questions please send me a quick message I will reply ASAP.

Great location, nice condo

We enjoyed the condo, the comfy king sized bed, little kitchen, good tv, and nice screened in porch. The pools and workout room were good too. Love the area.

Spring Break Getaway

Perfect for two!

Elvira did a wonderful job communicating with us from beginning to end. Check-in/out was well explained and easy. The bed was the most comfortable one we have EVER slept in! We loved being able to walk to the Publix. The pool area was great!

Elvira was super responsive and ready with every answer I needed! The property was quiet and isolated from the major road that it lives off of. Everything from check in to check out was easy and there were no questions about what I should and should not need to know. I loved my stay!

Month long stay

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Elvira’s place. The condo was just as the photos depicted- clean, bright and spacious. The screened in lanai was a nice spot to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. The location was ideal and within walking distance to Publix and CVS. We highly recommend this condo to others.

Great Location and Very Clean

This property is centrally located, close to grocery stores and restaurants. The king sized bed is very comfortable with high end linens and plenty of pillows. Our daughter decided to visit at the last minute and ended up staying with us for a couple of days. She was happy to find a very comfortable queen sized air mattress in the closet. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including nice new beach towels, beach chairs, a beach mat, and a pool/beach float which was an extra added bonus. Highly recommended! We hope to be back!

Condo rental

We enjoyed out stay and the condo unit was very quiet and clean. Didn’t have wifi so very limited TV stations. Dryer needs to be replaced, took forever for clothes to dry.

Better than a hotel stay!

It was clean, well equipped, large comfortable bed, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent provided, great price, quiet and safe neighborhood, access to large clean swimming pool, access to pool table and well equipped weight room; 1/2 mile from grocery store, easy check-in, quick responses by emails through vrbo, close to beach, and Thomas Edison Museum, restaurants. Elvira was very accommodating taking care of any requests we had. We would stay there again. Thanks to Elvira for making our stay so amazing!

Wonderful host

The condo was exceptionally clean, well stocked with linens. Unexpected find of a couple of beach chairs which was great. The king sized bed was an excellent quality mattress! We truly appreciated that and slept comfortably. There were cleaning supplies and paper goods to get us started. Excellent quality washer and dryer. The host was readily available and responsive to assist with a TV access issue and when we accidentally locked the key in the house. An excellent reason to make use of the lock box on the door! We are appreciative of her resourcefulness in resolving these issues.

Simple, sufficient and clean. Bed was very comfortable lots of pillows to choose from. Living room furniture could be replaced for more comfortable and would have liked cable tv instead of Roku but it suited our needs. Loved having coffee on the screened porch in the am

This place was very clean, nicely decorated and had all that your need to have while staying there!

Elvira was wonderful to work with and very prompt to answering us if needed. Your home is clean and well equipped for a l9ng stay. We will book with her again. The location was close to beach, shopping and restaurants. The pools and gym was wonderful and well kept. We loved our stay and location. Beautifully kept and warm/cozy stay! Thank you Elvira!

Great experience!

This was our first visit to the west part of Florida. The unit was sparkling clean, roomy, greatly located in close proximity to beaches, malls, grocery stores, etc. The owner of the unit was fast to respond, friendly and accommodative. Definitely a great place to stay in Fort Myers. And - we loved the city very much too!

Comfortable Condo

The condo is very clean and spacious for a 1-bedroom. It has tall ceilings which makes the space feel bigger. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The condo is an end unit on the second floor which allows for more privacy. The balcony is small but has two chairs and a table. The location within walking distance to a Publix is excellent. The condo comes completely furnished with lots of things that you won't have to buy or bring with you (tp, paper towels, dish soap, etc.) The host even gave us chocolate and coffee for Christmas! Very generous. However, I was surprised that there weren't any cocktail glasses. Also, only one key was provided which was very inconvenient when two people want to go separate places.. A key fob is needed to access the pool and fitness center which are within walking distance. The Vrbo description lists the unit as having cable TV but it does not. A Roku box with on-air antenna will receive local channels but not ESPN or other sports channels. Overall, I liked the unit and would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

Property as advertised. Extremely timely communication from owner. Smooth check in & out process. Clean, well maintained property with friendly neighbors. Enjoyed the on property swimming pool, hot tub & gym. Walking distance to stores & a few restaurants.

Great stay

The property was clean and well appointed. I especially liked the availability of different pillows as I am quite particular. The complex was quiet and close to groceries and gas. I spent most of the day at Fort Meyers beach which was very conveniently located.
