Beautiful country home with wrap around porch and creek running in the back yard. This amazing home sits on over 2.5 acres; perfect for a large group. Very quiet, relaxing and beautiful neighborhood. 10 minute drive to Redding and close to Jones Valley Resort for Shasta Lake boating. Sleeps 14 people (price per night is for up to 9 guests, additional guests will be $25/per person, per night), 11 separate beds. 3 televisions in different areas to enjoy Dish Network & movies. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Pool Table, Air Hockey, Cornhole, Mini basketball dual challenge in the garage for more fun. Check out our Photos!

We all loved this house…..actually it felt like a home. Beautiful grounds, the weather was nice so we spent a lot of time on the massive porch. The kitchen was a dream kitchen with everything you need! Very well stocked.

Beautiful place to stay!

This was an amazing place to stay! We totally enjoyed having coffee on the back porch. The wild birds there were great. There was an abundance of clean towels in every bathroom. Would definitely go here again!

Mini Redding Vacay

House was beautiful and comfortable. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. It rained the whole time we were there, but we just stayed in and enjoyed family time and stayed cozy. Kitchen was a dream to cook in. Would stay there again.

Amazing Property

Nothing but great things to say about this property. House was clean, and accurate to the listing pictures. Host was nice and responsive. The house had plenty of amenities and everything was in good order. Saw deer nearly everyday which my young son really enjoyed.

Beautiful country home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful country home. The owners/manager were very pleasant and accommodating. Two items worth noting: 1) It is about 9-10 miles away from Redding for better or worse and 2) The house could have been a bit cleaner.

A great house for our family get-together

We had a lovely time in this house - lots of space for everyone and a well-stocked kitchen. Communication with the property manager was clear and easy. All of the high-frequency areas are clean but if you needed to reach behind/under something you can see there has not been a 'deep clean' for quite some time. There are lots of maintenance issues we have passed on to the property manager to be addressed - loose doorknobs, missing towel hangers, etc, so hopefully those will be addressed promptly. Unfortunately the hot tub was unusable as the water was very dirty-looking. It's a beautiful house on a lovely property - we enjoyed lots of time in the yard with our kids and the garage with lots of games was certainly a big hit! If the cleaning and maintenance was better this would be a 5 star review across the board.

Crazy eights

Big house. Lots of room for 8 of us. Huge kitchen served us well. Loved the large table on back porch. Fans didn’t work however. We are a senior aged group and were a bit surprised that no railing existed on any set of stairs. Especially the long set of stairs going up to the upstairs area over garage. Previous complaints about a broken toilet seat and uncomfortable mattresses in the single beds still exist. The other beds in the house were very comfortable. The area is very quiet and beautiful. We had deer on or near the property almost every day. We made day trips to Shasta and Burney Falls. Sundial bridge and the surrounding area is a must see. Redding is very close by for everything you could need. A Dollar General was very close too. Overall we were very happy with this visit and property. We’d consider it for a future visit for sure.

Would stay again…IF

This would be a perfect place if some changes were made and some maintenance things were taken care of. The location and neighborhood is beautiful. The layout of the house is great for a big group and multiple families. The house was perfect for us and we would consider staying here again for our trip in February if some things were tended to. HOWEVER, the back of the house where the 2 twin beds and jack and Jill bathroom are needs serious attention! The twin mattresses aren’t even adequate for toddlers to sleep on much less two adults! They are TERRIBLE and shouldn’t be slept on. The closet in that bedroom has no bar for hang up clothes so it’s useless. The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the toilet seat is disgusting. Please spend $30 and change the toilet seat. We had 9 people staying here and didn’t have enough towels for 7 days and we’re only left 1 roll of paper towels for the week. The house definitely needs to be stocked adequately for the length of stay and number of people staying. If these issues are resolved please let us know because we really would like to stay here again.

Spacious and Beautiful

The house was as beautiful as it was listed. We went with friends and loved every moment of the 4 day stay. There is something for everyone. Game room, huge attic like room for the kids, spacious kitchen and dining area. The kids loved the area they got in the backyard. At night we even stargazed. The management team is superfast in responding to any queries. SIMPLE AMAZING!!

Redding Stay

Quiet Countryside Setting

Beautiful property & spatial home with a private country feel. With six bedrooms and large open floor design all six adults had separate bedrooms and plenty of room to gather and socialize. Covered deck in back with grill & dining table was great!

Stunning Setting

Quintessential Northern California - golden rolling hills, oak trees, expansive ranches, horses grazing, and warm summer evenings for outdoor dining on a beautiful covered deck finished off with a soak in the hot tub. Oh, and did I mention, a game room for all ages! Close to beautiful Burney Falls and a huge, Redding water park.
