Warm villa of 170 m² with a large plot of 1700 m² redone located in a secure and quiet area.
It is located only 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Sainte-Maxime

The house is composed in two parts, the first one being the house of 130m² composed of a large terrace with a view on the hills, 3 bedrooms and each one of them has a TV, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

The second one is an apartment adjacent to the house of 40m² accessible by the garage or independent entrance. Equipped with a bedroom, 1 corner cabin, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed.

The accommodation has been completely refurbished and we can accommodate up to 11 travelers.

You will benefit from a private pool area, a garage as well as several parking spaces and you will be able to relax near the private pool!
Heated pool from mid-May to mid-October.

A rental contract will be drawn up and signed before your arrival by mail or post at your convenience.
This contract will include the rules set up on the platform.

An inventory of fixtures and an inventory will be carried out at the arrival and the exit of the places using photographs and videos of housing signed between the two parts (tenants and agent).

CLEANING CHARGES OF 180€ MANDATORY TO BE GIVEN ON ARRIVAL TO COLLECT THE KEYS TO THE ACCOMMODATION (these charges cover the cleaning done by a cleaning company as well as the household linen (cleaned by a dry cleaner) so that you arrive in a clean and disinfected place)

DURING YOUR STAY :

--> To warn us in case of Damage or Breakage.
--> No overflow will be accepted. We ask you to respect the neighbors as well as the noise level in the evening and in the morning.

BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE ! We kindly ask you to :

--> Empty all the garbage cans of the accommodation before your departure.

--> To gather all the Sheets and Towels in a Place (making them in a normal state of use).

--> Replace objects and furniture moved during your stay in their original place.

--> Clean and put away dishes and empty the dishwasher.

--> Clean the Appliances (Stove, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Machine ...).

--> To make the Sanitary Clean.

--> To throw away or take away all the food that has been started.

In case the accommodation is returned dirty, we will charge you the following fee: 220€ on departure in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee on arrival.

In case of loss of keys, breakage of a key or the lock, the cost of changing the lock and the duplicate keys will be charged to the traveler.

Linen is provided for the entire duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless previously booked in addition):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 comforter cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath sheet per person
- 1 bath mat per shower room
- 2 tea towels

Parties are not allowed in the accommodation for the respect of the neighbors.
Animals are not allowed

No smoking inside the house but accepted in the garden on condition that you throw your cigarette butts in the ashtrays.

We are available before and during your stay by phone from 9am to 7pm or by mail.
We will meet you at your arrival to show you and explain all the functioning of the house.
