25m² studio completely renovated in January 2023, nicely decorated with sea view, located less than 100m from the fine sandy beach of MIRAMAR Blue Flag for 20 years (showers and supervised swimming) with no road to cross, close to the port, its entertainment and its shops. You also benefit from secure outdoor parking and green spaces for children.

Quietly, you will stay on the 2nd floor of the Résidence des îles du Soleil in La Londe Les Maures, Var, Côte d'Azur.

It is composed of an entrance with sleeping area (2 bunk beds), a main room with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchenette (4-zone electric hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker , kettle, fan and utensils necessary for your stay), a washing machine and a bathroom with sink, shower and WC.

For your meals, a south-facing dining room with sea view.

Between Hyères, Le Lavandou and Bormes Les Mimosas, 27 km from TOULON, and 40 km from ST TROPEZ - On the marina (100 m) you will find shuttles to visit the Levant islands, port Cros and Porquerolles, shops , shops, restaurants and entertainment. Paths & walking trails all along the coast to discover new beaches up to Brégançon.
