Octopus house facing the sea, walking distance to the beach, private parking

Single-storey house, facing south, ideally located and overlooking the sea on the peninsula of St Mandrier Village, impasse de la Corniche d'Or. With its 3 terraces, you will have the choice between the sun or the shade of the olive tree. In a few minutes, you can walk to the beach of La Coudoulière (pebbles - shoes recommended) - supervised swimming area in July and August), the customs officers' path or the beautiful Domaine de l'Ermitage. You are also a few minutes from the village and its shops, its market, and the maritime shuttles to Toulon, Porquerolles or Port-Cros.

Built in 1975, with a surface area of 85 m2, you access the house by climbing a few steps, then enter the double living room with sea view (accessing the 2nd and 3rd terraces). There are two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190) opening directly onto the 1st terrace and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, toaster, blender, blender, Senseo ...). You have a shower room and separate toilet.

We draw your attention to the fact that it is a family home, authentic, with its history and its flaws, it is comfortable but has kept the traces of the past such as its Provençal kitchen or its floor tiles from the 1970s. In short, it is not a Californian villa but it feels like home!

The peninsula is served by a single road and thus allows you to benefit from a privileged location away from the crowds of the large beaches in a preserved setting.

With its village life accessible a few minutes walk from the house, St Mandrier has all the useful shops (bakery, butcher, greengrocer, press, mini-market...) and you can buy your fish directly from the fishermen at the auction. The Provençal market is held on Saturday mornings.

The coastal path passes in front of the house and crosses the entire peninsula for beautiful walks in the red rocks of the seaside.

The maritime shuttle (accessible 10 minutes walk from the house) allows you to easily get to Toulon, Porquerolles or Port-Cros in summer. You can enjoy without a car!
