Awesome house, great place to stay!

Beautiful house and an awesome host. I am local, so Lee offered to give me a tour before my stay as he was going out of town. It was a really nice touch to have him go over everything with, where to find things, light switches etc. The pool was perfect and the theater foravie watching at nice. Super comfy beds. Lee made us feel welcome and at home. Will definitely be renting this property again.

One of the Best Houses I’ve ever stayed in

This property hosted by Lee was absolutely clean, spacious and had so many activities for your family to do. Only 10 minutes from the lake, 3 minutes from a bowling alley and had a variety of movies in his beautifully decorated movie theater. There’s many figurine collectibles that are so cute and nostalgic and Lee also had a beautiful pool on the property with a diving board and was about 12 feet deep. This house was equipped with kitchen cookware, paper towels, the whole works. A washer and a dryer everything you can need it was amazing. I will be booking again soon for another family vacation!

Strange stay

Although the house was clean and spacious, it did appear that the owner most likely lives there he stayed in the Casita on the side of the house while we were there which made us uncomfortable. He also insisted on walking us through the house when we got there, which I thought was odd. I have rented many vacation homes over the years and have never had the owner personally walk me through instructing me on how to use a TV remote and such. The house also gave off a strange vibe with prying eyes. There were many statues and dolls around the house.

Perfect Family Trip

Thought the home was beautiful and loved having a pool to swim in at the end of the day. We also watched a movie one night in the theater room. This place was perfect for our family and the beds were very comfortable! Loved that Lee met us when we checked in to show us the place and that he sent a video tour prior.

Great for large groups

House has all amenities needed. Backyard was perfect for large groups. Pool was amazing. The only semi-negative would be that the house feels lived in and a bit cluttered and dated.

5 Stars!

Stayed here for a family weekend getaway, 6 adults and 1 baby. We all fit comfortably in the main house, which had a very easy check-in process, was clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc which was great for eating in! Our family's favorite part of the house was the theatre room, with hundreds of movies to choose from and every streaming/ channel you could want. Outside, we really enjoyed the pool and diving board, my 1yo in particular loved splashing around on the baja shelf all day! The property was very close to town, great for grocery store runs and getting out on the lake! We would definitely stay here again!

Lee was awesome! Met us at the property to show us the place and had fresh made popcorn ready, yummy! The place was clean, beds very comfortable, and the outdoors was amazing! After we left he noticed we left our chargers and mailed them to us. Great location and view! Our first time to Havasu and already looking forward to going back!

Perfect setup for family vacation

Lee is an excellent host. He greated us when we got there and gave us a quick tour. He even had fresh popcorn waiting for us. The whole setup was great. Everything was well stocked. Plenty of towels, dishes and anything else you could need. The pool and the movie room were a big hit with the kids. They also loved the basketball. Kids were well entertained. There are also a lot of clise by activities. We enjoyed the lake and the near by parks. If i could give this trip 10 stars i would.

Wonderful place to stay. Would do it again.

We stayed at this location for the month of February. Our kids and grandkids came for a long weekend and had the time of their lives. They enjoyed all of the aspects of this home and camped out in the theater room. How fun! Lee was always available and helpful - never intrusive, We very much enjoyed our time at this location.

Amazing host, amazing house!

This property is awesome! It’s built on a double lot which allows it to have a huge pool and backyard. I’ve stayed at several rentals in Havasu and this is our favorite one. My 10 year old loves the movie room, basketball court, putting green, huge pool, and diving board. Inside of the home is nice, the pictures don’t quite do it justice. None of the furniture feels cheap the way it does in a lot of rental properties. The same thing can be said about the kitchen and cooking utensils. The WiFi in the home is excellent. Lee is a great host and an extremely nice guy. He is always willing to go out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay at his home. Thanks again Lee, we will be back!

Beautiful Home

Our family and friends absolutely adored this VRBO. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully appointed. The theater room with slot machines and games was a hit, and the generously-sized pool became our go-to spot when we weren't at the lake. The option to add the Casita to the rental was a bonus. The location is convenient, with shops and Rotary Park nearby. The keyless entry system was a breeze to use. Lee, the owner, was incredibly easy to work with and always responded promptly. We would wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future.

Super spacious

Calvillo Family Vacation 2023

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Mr Lee responded very quickly with any questions or concerns. It was a beautiful 4 bedroom with an awesome theater room and a huge pool to come down and relax after an all day at the River. Also to mention a nice shaded BBQ area that we definitely enjoyed. Also to mention an outdoor fire place area that we didn’t use cause it was too hot lol. We will definitely be coming back to this property again. Mr. Lee thank you again for having us.

The Fun House

We enjoyed this house very much. Everyone had plenty of space to enjoy recreation, eating and outdoor living. We especially liked having the outside kitchen and the basketball court. The location was awesome, being so close to the skate park and the lake. Lee was very helpful and greeted us upon our arrival. We enjoyed family movie night accompanied with movie popcorn. The furniture was very comfortable and it was nice to have multiple rooms to watch TV. We visited early April so pool temp was too chilly to lounge in. We enjoyed our stay and if we return to Lake Havasu we would stay again!
