Cozy 1 bedroom/1 Bathroom with large living room & kitchen.

The condo is very quiet and located on the fourth floor. There is an elevator in each building. Our unit is Building #5 and it is in the front of the development off the Parkway where the gates to the community are located. Easy to find condo and parking spot for renter. It is renter ready. Furniture, bedding dishes, etc are included.
There are 5-6 pools on the property. The landscape is well taken care of and provides plenty of beautiful landscaped areas. There is a golf course, Stonecreek, that borders the condominium development. There are many restaurants close by and is in a mixed use area. The condo location is convenient to Northeast Phoenix and West Scottsdale. Paradise Valley Mall is across the street. There are 2 freeways close by and easy to access. Also, hiking trails in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve are 7 minutes away.

Great place to stay in Phoenix

My husband and I stayed for over a month while our house was being built. We appreciated the great location close to Paradise Village and a short drive to downtown Phoenix or Scottsdale. It was easy to feel at home as all the right tools and extras were available. We highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful stay!

This condo is a hidden gem. The place was clean and well stocked with everything that I needed such as towels, kitchen supplies, and dish ware. It is in a great area with several shopping places closely convenient for necessities. The host was also very responsive. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend for anyone looking for some place to stay while out in Arizona.

Great place to stay!

We were very pleased with Maggie's suite and would definitely stay again. Bright and clean. Comfortable furnishings, quality appliances, well-stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware as well as linens and other supplies, which we appreciate.

The accommodations were excellent. I would stay there again, and I will recommend this to others. Communication with Margaret were excellent she answered all my questions. The place was very clean. It was an excellent place to stay and highly recommend staying there

Excellent property best we have stayed in on our 6 years of traveling

The condo was perfect, clean and comfortable. The best stocked kitchen, linens and towels of great quality. Bed was so comfortable we checked to see what it was to buy one. TV was Hulu and roku, we enjoyed it so much more than cable. The owner was great on communicating with us. Cannot say enough about how special this condo is. Thank you for the wonderful time we had will come back in the future.

The good and bad

Pros: perfect location and safe. Margaret was quick to respond with any questions. There are many pools and gym. When we arrived the cleaning crew missed a few things but Margaret was quick to respond and offered to have someone to clean it right away. Cons: neighbors smoke on the way back from the elevator, house keeper didn’t clean very well (hairs in shower, dirty tissues on counter and dirty rags under the sink, blood on mattress cover for sure not mine it was black from Being old. Neither of these are the owners fault.) we were bit by bugs but the owner sent a bug exterminator and we stopped getting bit. It was NOT bed bugs.

Perfect

Quiet complex. Beautiful grounds. Spacious condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In unit washer/dryer. Centrally located, Target, restaurants, shopping and grocery store within minutes. Downtown area 15 minutes away. Excellent communication with owner throughout my stay. Can't say enough good things about this condo. Wish it were mine. Lol. You won't be disappointed.

Place for wife to stay

Place was clean and close to everything you need. Only suggestion would be to add cable to the internet because internet was slow so streaming shows was difficult.
