Retreat to this guest suite set in a historical home in a gated neighborhood in Los Angeles. This meticulously designed studio feat. soothing grays contrasted with wood ceilings, polished concrete floors, subway tile kitchen & bathroom, walk in shower with an open-plan layout & private entry. The space was designed from scratch. The back patio of the main house, outdoor kitchen & pool are off limits as guests have their own private hedged terrace & patio of their own with direct glass French door access.

Nice location, nice loft. Only issue was the mildew smell by kitchen area and few spider webs could have been knocked down. Loft has everything you need & the location is great. Very quiet neighborhood. I felt comfortable sleeping and secure with the gated fence entrance

Great Location A Host

Great Location if you trying to do the usual tourist stuff in LA. Was no more than a 20 minute drive anywhere we were trying to go. Plenty of parking and the space is exactly as pictured and described. Place had everything you would want or need including a full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Cups plates and silverware if you needed. Also was fully stocked in the bathroom with hygiene products and even hygiene products for females if needed. Lotions shampoo toothbrushes anything needed was provided and was a huge plus!

A very good choice

The location was great for the things we wanted to do. Very quiet neighborhood and easy parking. The room was clean and chic. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great Stay!

Stayed here for the weekend to visit our kid at USC. Close enough to campus, easy check-in and check-out. Great communication and very clean. We felt very safe and free street parking to boot!

Great Oasis

The place was wonderful and exactly as listed! Michael was super communicative and answered any and all questions I had. The weather was a little more humid when I was there so I had a few mosquitoes and other insects inside but nothing I couldn’t handle.

nice place!

Everything was very clean, lovely decorations. Hosts were mostly not around but it was easy to get in and out, they provide very clear directions. Easy street parking, and there is an excellent coffee shop just around the corner. Easy access to I-10, pretty close to LACMA and Koreatown. One note is that the listing says it sleeps 3, but there is only one bed, and the couch is not a fold-out bed.

Weeklong get away to LA

My spouse and I had a great stay here while spending the week in LA. Arrival and access was easy. The Vrbo was clean and layouts was as advertised. Would gladly stay here again!

Perfect stay in LA

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Los Angeles guesthouse! The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to all the must-see spots in Los Angeles, as well as nearby gems like Malibu, Newport, and Venice Beach. Whether you’re looking to explore the city or relax by the coast, this spot puts you right in the middle of it all. The guesthouse itself was immaculate. It was extremely clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The owners were fantastic—always helpful and incredibly responsive to any questions or requests. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. This is a place we would gladly return to again and again. Highly recommend!

Museums and concerts

Property is just as described. Great neighborhood and beautiful guest home with pride of ownership. Location is central for getting around to see the sights. Had everything we needed and a beautiful dog to check in on us. Thanks!

This rental space was the perfect size and location for our mother/son trip to LA. It was centrally located to all the things we had planned to do. The space was exactly as described and the communication with the owner was very detailed, leaving nothing unanswered. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Tucked away gem

This little studio guest house was the perfect spot to stay while visiting our daughter who lives nearby. Quiet neighborhood, secluded guest house entrance, safe location. We will definitely be booking again!

Home Away From Home

Exactly as advertised and it felt very much like home. Meticulously clean and the area as well as the property feel very safe. I had flown in on a red eye from Hawaii so the early check in I was given was very much appreciated. Street parking was easy to find. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay again!

Great guest house in nice neighborhood

We had a lovely time staying in Michael's guest house. The bed was so comfortable! Michael was very attentive and generous with allowing us to bring our elderly pet as it is hard for us to travel and leave her at home with all of the medications she is taking. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Amazing guest room!

Upon entry to exit, the stay here is exceptional. The hosts very much want you to feel welcome and prep the place in a way that is clear you are welcome. The space is quite accommodating and has amazing amenities.
