Indoor Comforts
Step inside to a bright, coastal-inspired open floor plan with large windows that frame Gulf views. The living area features comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals, with seating for 8 at the dining table, 4 at the breakfast table, and 2 at the bar. Step out to the Gulf-front balcony for meals al fresco with the waves as your backdrop.

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.

Stayed at a lot of beach houses over the years and this one had the best floor plan of any other house. Everything is on one level. Pool under the house so kids won't get burnt. The hot water in this house is top tier. 4 of us could take a hot shower at the same time and nobody lost water pressure or heat. I had to buy a broom because we have autistic kids who freak out over vacuum noises, but that's no biggie. Beds were very comfortable. If I had to constructively criticize at all I would advise in child latches at the top of both exterior doors in case you have eloping children. They are super inexpensive, but extremely effective. Aside from that it is wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location and house

The house and location were absolutely wonderful. The kids (and the adults) loved having a pool under the house - no better way to cool down after a hot day on the beach.

Great house on the beach with pool

We really enjoyed this house, plenty of room, comfortable rooms and bathrooms, very clean and the pool underneath the house is an excellent amenity. Right on the beach with plenty of room to spread out. I would definitely rent this house again.

Came to town to play in a volleyball tournament up in Foley. Enjoyed the house and the beach in between games. Peaceful and great views from The house.

A great house in a great location.

The house was beautiful and recently updated. You can’t beat staying right on the beach and being so close to the attractions of Gulf Shores. My only recommendation would be to have a heater installed in the pool so that it can be used during the winter months.

Spring break

Great location, we loved being right on the beach. House was very clean and updated. It was nice to have a pool...a little cold without a heater but it didn’t seem to bother the kids! Management company was great and very responsive to minor issue we encountered. Overall, great place to stay!

Good location

Location is good. Far enough away from public beach access to limit the crowds. Property management was responsive. Replaced a broken gas grill and umbrella. Living room seating is uncomfortable Kitchen needs better and more pots and pans. We will return if in the area

Misleading description

Booked place specifically for heated pool as listed in title. However, overlooked fine print in details about this being an added amenity - description is slightly misleading . I didn’t mind paying extra but pool heater stopped working after 24 hrs. No one came to service it as previously promised during our stay. It is a great location and space is adequate. Place is dog friendly but be aware that dogs are not allowed on the beach in gulf shores.

Family time

We enjoyed our stay. The boys loved the pool! 😊. We loved the deck out back but the furniture needs replaced. Two of the chairs were about to break and were not safe to sit in. A few more chairs on the deck would be nice. The table by the grill is too big and takes up too much room.

Nemo’s Grotto

Property was just as expected. There was one thing we wished would have been fixed while we were there, but it didn’t ruin the trip or anything. Would recommend to a family with older children. The spiral staircase to the balcony was a little worrisome for the smaller kids, mostly because of the corners of the stairs sticking out. Had a couple crashes with those. So convenient to be right on the beach and be able to walk back and forth whenever needed. We had two kids that preferred the pool over the ocean, so it was nice to be able to use both at the same time.

All about the view

We recently stayed at the property for 4 nights with my family. Great location, nice beach front home with beautiful views. The house is dated and the attempts to refresh appear to have been a do-it-yourself job. The kitchen was lacking several standard items. I requested a cutting board after we checked in and I was told it would be dropped off that day but it was not. I tried reaching out again but still no one followed through. Price point was a little high for the condition of the home but overall we enjoyed ourselves and the beautiful beaches.

really bad

The house is really bad, the bunk beds are really dirty, they had red stains that smelled very bad, the air conditioning didn't work and they turned off the heating and the pool circulation, and they didn't answer while we couldn't sleep because it was too hot. really bad, they ruined the vacation with my family! The bathroom keys are not useful at all.

Maintenance counts

First 2 days of my first vacation in 4 years was spent washing dishes, every dish in the house. Dishes were put up filthy. Then realized the dishwasher was absolutely broken. Spent third day waiting for and with maintenance. They DID replace the dishwasher on the third day. And they were very apologetic. But cleaning people should have seen this. No decent pans to cook with., all are scratched and stick. Also master shower will not drain. They said they fixed it but we had to put in another ticket before we left. Hall shower is luke warm. We had everyone using 2 showers. One week turned I to 4 days of fun and rest. Loved everything else and property mgmt was attentive. Do not understand why dishwasher and plumbing isn't checked when cleaning people are on site before check in.

Great vacation

Our family of 10 has made a summer beach trip for over 10 years. This is first year to rent a beach house, and we all enjoyed virtually everything about it! The house itself was so clean and updated with appliances and the private pool was the best feature for most of us! There were several places nearby to fish as well as right off the beach and one child loved that. As you can tell we will definitely be back here or another Harris property. No disappointments! CK
