Step inside to a bright, coastal-inspired open floor plan with large windows that frame Gulf views. The living area features comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals, with seating for 8 at the dining table, 4 at the breakfast table, and 2 at the bar. Step out to the Gulf-front balcony for meals al fresco with the waves as your backdrop.
Sleeping Arrangements

- Primary Suite: King bed, TV, private bath with dual vanities & walk-in tile shower
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, private bath with tub/shower combo
- Bedroom 3: King bed, TV, private bath with walk-in shower
- Bedroom 4: Two twin-over-twin bunks, TV, shares hallway bath with tub/shower combo (sleeps 4)
- Loft: Twin bed with TV (sleeps 1)
- Living Area: Sleeper sofa (sleeps 2)

Additional Details
- Saltwater Pool Heating: Available seasonally for an additional fee (not offered Memorial Day – Labor Day).
- Pet-Friendly: Maximum of 2 pets allowed, additional fees apply.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.

RISK
Guest acknowledges that beaches, bays, docks, piers, pools, and waterfront areas are inherently dangerous and assumes all related risks, known or unknown, when renting a vacation rental home.
