Come slow down, kick off your shoes, and enjoy one of North Carolina’s best-kept secrets—Topsail Beach. Named by Southern Living as one of the best tiny towns, Topsail really is a throwback to the simple seaside vacations you remember from childhood.
The beach here is uncrowded and perfect for shell hunting and searching for shark teeth. Mornings often start with shrimp boats cruising by and dolphins swimming just offshore. Spend your days swimming, surfing, fishing, or relaxing on the sand, then head back inside for dinner with an incredible ocean view. Sunrise and sunset never get old here.

Topsail Island has three areas—Topsail Beach, Surf City, and North Topsail Beach. Our home sits just a couple of miles past the Surf City line, making it central to the entire 26-mile island.

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath oceanfront home is comfortable, well cared for, and set up to feel like your home away from home.

This is our personal vacation home and is lightly rented, so it’s kept in great shape, with minimal rental weeks and far less wear than typical vacation rentals.
We ask that guests treat it with the same care they would their own home.

Hurricane Policy: No refunds for mandatory evacuations. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

For security, there is a camera in the driveway/carport area only—none inside the home or on decks.
