Shaded 2 bedroom cottage with a large deck and water views. Walk to bay, use of paddle boards, outdoor shower, bbq, comfy deck lounge couches, swing on the porch, beach towels and chairs. When it’s quiet you can hear the waves and smell the sea water on windy nights. Excellent restaurants a short drive as well as tons of bike trails and nature walks in the neighborhood. Lies adjacent to county parks. Private road in a quiet neighborhood in the woods with lots of wildlife, deer, birds, and butterflies.

Wonderful stay in Hampton Bays

The cottage is lovely, exactly as shown in the pictures, lots of shade in the outdoor space, very clean and well stocked, super nice quality linens, walking distance to the nicest bay beach, truly wonderful.

Simply The Best!

We so enjoyed the Cottage's Perfectly Well Appointed Beautiful Landscaped Setting, the cottage designed and thoughtfully equipped by Brooke with attention to vacation fun, comfort & privacy. Brooke is a wonderful host always helpful & available. Loved the short distance to the Bay Beach & the friendly atmosphere. We love Hampton Bays and in particular Brooke's Cottage hoping to return in the future!

Perfect summer oasis

Our family of four, plus a dog, spent five nights in Brooke's cottage and had a wonderful time. For a small cottage, it felt spacious. It had all the stuff we needed to make the place feel like a temporary home. With kids, being able to walk to the beach was a godsend. The beach that's within walking distance was so calm and uncrowded; not at all what we expected, in the best way. Can't recommend this place enough!

The Perfect Beach Cottage

We had such a great stay at Brooke’s beach cottage. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to the bay every morning and night. The house is close to town, the ocean and great restaurants! Brooke has done an amazing job with the decor and space. The outdoor deck and shower are a great addition, especially with two kiddos! From the deck, you can see the bay which was unexpected! We can’t wait to make our way back. Thank you Brooke, for having us.

Perfect beach cottage

We had such a great stay at the cottage to visit family with our family of 4. We got in late but didn’t have issues finding the place and getting in in the dark, and were able to get up and ready for the beach and bay in the mornings. The place was cozy, and the porch was huge, with multiple areas to convene or get some solitude. For the in between times the TV was ready to provide the kids some entertainment. We actually ended up needing something and didn’t bring it, and the host actually had it delivered that afternoon which was ridiculous. Finally the outdoor shower on the deck offered the perfect amount of privacy while still letting you feel like you’re out in nature. It’s a quaint cottage, but the perfect break from the beach and bay when you’re regrouping for a dinner meet up. The road to get to the driveway is a bit bumpy, we were fine with an SUV though

The Perfect Beach Cottage

This house was the perfect beach getaway! I’m very particular and nervous about rentals, but I found Brooke’s place and thought this looks and sounds perfect for a week by the beach on LI. So my friend and I booked it. It was even prettier in person!! So cute, clean and incredibly located. Every morning I walked on the beach, then I’d do some work, and take my dog for a walk, back home and chill on the wrap around deck. I really felt at home and so comfortable in this beautifully cared for home. If you’re looking for an escape, some calm and peace, in an impeccably well-kept home located 5 minutes from the beach, this is your place! Plus, Brooke is so patient, helpful and incredibly nice (I’m a city person with lots of questions)!! Thank you so much Brooke! Can’t wait to stay again!!!

A perfectly peaceful stay

Brooke's cottage is the perfect place to relax and recharge. It was very clean and comfortable. It actually seems larger than in the pictures when you are there. We loved the outdoor space with multiple seating areas, the outdoor shower and bbq grill. The backyard is surrounded by trees and is so peaceful, you feel like you are waking up in a tree house every day. There is also a view of the water through the trees that is really beautiful. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for the week including ample kitchen items and a washer/dryer. We were staying with our infant son so laundry was an absolute must! Not to mention Brooke was a delight to correspond with and clearly takes pride in caring for the house. The cottage is on a quiet street but in a great location walking distance to the bay and 5 minute drive into town and 15/20 minutes to Southampton village. It would be perfect for one or two couples or a small family. We had a really nice and relaxing time at her cottage and would return again!

Lovely cottage by the sea well appointed

Brooke's cottage was a lovely escape from the city. It was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The atmosphere felt almost Hawaiian with the beautiful landscaping and thoughtful design. The neighbors were lovely and friendly. It was comfortable for our family as long as it didn't rain, when it did we were definitely cozy. We took great advantage of the walk to the beach which is a lovely place to spend the days with a great community. Hampton Bays has more and more to offer and it was even a stones throw away from the north fork where we sent our daughter to camp. Brooke as a host is fantastic. Super responsive and thoughtful. Thanks so much!

Brooke and her home are incredible!

Brooke exemplifies what a super host is! The moment we connected with her, she was nothing but amazing, kind, informative, accommodating and just a joy to interact with. Her cottage is magical and she made our stay a dream. My husband and I came with our two small children. The house is gorgeous and cozy and has a great flow. The deck is amazing, and our kids delighted playing there, swinging on the bench swing, taking outdoor showers looking up at a canopy of trees, barbecuing, and just lounging about. The beach/bay is a 5 minute walk from the house, which was fantastic especially with two little kids, and it’s such a lovely beach. The area is wonderful with everything easily accessible. I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Brooke’s little cottage by the bay, and what an amazing experience she made it for us. We cannot wait to stay there again!!
