House for 10 people in Carentoir in Morbihan ideally located for beautiful walks (2 ponds 10 min walk), but also to explore the region: La Gacilly, the menhirs of Monteneuf, Rochefort-en-Terre, the forest of Brocéliande , the Manoir de l'Automobile de Lohéac, etc... Close to the small shops in the center (15 minutes on foot) and the supermarket with drive (5 minutes by car).

The 1500m² land with trees and facing south invites you to relax on the deckchairs or in the spa, in the sun from morning to evening. It also allows you to park your cars safely.

The villa is close to residential houses, which does not allow the organization of noisy events (no music, songs, shouting) particularly between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Before your arrival, the house is cleaned, the beds are made, and the towels are made available in the rooms. The owners welcome you to introduce you to the premises and how the devices work.
