You can see the fireworks from the comfort of the Dam house deck.

Built in 1935, Our Dam House is one of the original homes in Grand Coulee. We are located on a cliff overlooking The Grand Coulee DAM, with Panoramic views of Crescent Bay, Lake Roosevelt, Banks lake, the Coulee's, and a Nature preserve just below the house.

Watch the DAM laser show, Fish, Hunt, Hike, Kayak, Paddle board, Water ski, Blues Festival, Safeway, creamery, local pubs and restaurants most within a couple miles.
Furnished Kitchen. Only Sleeps 4. This is a small intimate house and we like to keep it that way.

Most guests say: Our Comfortable house with AMAZING ViEWS is a great place to sit and relax or go explore.

Our Dam House is just Minutes drive to the Grand Coulee dam, Banks Lake, Lake Roosevelt, Crescent Bay, Spring Canyon, Steamboat Rock, Northrup Canyon, and Dry Falls so much to see!

The entire upstairs unit of the dam house includes a fully furnished kitchen, eat in dining areas with views, appliances including coffee maker, toaster, fryer, dishes, utensils. There are both a king size and queen size bed, two full baths.
Host Occasionally has MIL access only in lower unit.

We spent all the time we weren’t sleeping hanging out on the deck. WHAT a view! Comfortable chairs out there, too. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We watched the turkeys walking by below us and flying up into the trees.

Beautiful view!

Stayed here for a week for work and the house was great. A nice refuge after long days, with fantastic views and great A/C and wifi. Bed was comfortable, kitchen easy to use, and the deck was the best part. Not fancy, but a relaxing space that's a nice change from lodging options in town. Thank you for a lovely week!

The Dam House Rocks

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dam House it was clean and it had everything we needed and more. The view is breath taking and seeing the wild turkeys and deer every night was something we looked forward to each night!!! We will be back.

Super Great stay by a Dam Site

The house perfectly fit our needs. Best view of the Dam and Lakes. Turkeys, deer with horns, numerous hawks and even two E18/F18 Hornets from Widbey Island Navel station flew by at deck level. I flew F105 Thunderchiefs for the AirForce so it was great to see some speed. The owners were dead on with the helpful info they provided us and the house fit our needs. The main bed was comfortable and the light above the living room table allowed us to play our card games. Nice sounding radio under the TV. We chose the Mexican resturant .3 miles down the road, great food. We used to live in Ephrata so was familiar with the area. fun to be back. THANK YOU FOR THE GIIFT OF ALLOWING US TO RENT YOUR FINE HOME.

Great Time!

Property managers/owners were more than welcoming and helpful. They gave us plenty of pointers on where to go for activities, and neat things to keep an eye out for. House is more than clean and it has a killer view. Would definitely recommend!

Escape For Anniversary

Just what we were looking for. Quiet, cozy, clean, quaint and great view of the dam including the entire area. Nice shower. Good tv for after dusk. We enjoyed our stay, next time 3 nights.

Beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our getaway at The Dam House. It was quiet and we really loved sitting out on the deck and watching the local wildlife move about down below at sunrise and sunset. It was exactly what we were needing, a quiet relaxing weekend away from the kids.

I love to travel, hike, boat, and fly. I have many stories from our travels to most of our US states and several countries. I decided years ago to reduce our lifestyle so I could travel more. By living small it has allowed Me to work and continue to travel and explore. I chose this location for its amazing water and canyon views, clean air, and small town living.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Maximum people occupancy of 8 adults this includes visitors!

The neighborhood is quiet and close to town. Actually just about everything in this town is within walking distance. We have Safeway, the ice creamery, a hardware store, pubs with entertainment, and mechanics for supply's or repairs, also walk to main street where you'll find a handful of good restaurants (there are not any chain restaurants here) , 1 hour to the Moses lake sand dunes, or slide waters in lake Chelan. 2 hours to Spokane.

Getting around is very easy. Most things to do are less than a mile from the house. Local Laundry mat is only 2 blocks away.
