Della was a great host! She was welcoming and friendly as soon as we parked on the driveway. The property was clean and Della provided plenty of amenities. She even had the property fully decked out for the Halloween season! Would recommend and stay again!

The property was private and peaceful. I loved being able to have my dogs with me. The host has thought of everything, and even had extra treats for humans and dogs! The little private yard was perfect for sitting out and enjoying my morning coffee while my dogs enjoyed the fresh air too. I really enjoyed meeting the host; she was easy to reach and had great suggestions for local dog parks and coffee shops. I definitely wish to stay again in the future. One would never know any dogs had ever stayed there so I also highly recommend for anyone without dogs too!

Wonderful!

Spectacular location with every amenity that you can think of needing. Della is kind, helpful, caring and beyond generous. I have stayed in many places and I have never seen this amount of attention to detail as Della provided to make us feel as if we were home. I wish we could have stayed longer. Della deserves more than 5 stars!

Very comfy, spacious basement apartment with a lovely outdoor patio. Della had gone above and beyond stocking the kitchen with anything and everything you could ever want. She's simply delightful!

Amazing! Della was absolutely wonderful, and so friendly. The place is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle if city life. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

BEST HOSTESS EVER!!!!

Della was very gracious and caring for her Guests. The unit was equipped with lots of extras for their enjoyment and use. Like I have never experienced this type of excellent I would describe ABOVE EXCELLENT Host.I would stay in her unit over again.

Nice brief refreshing piece of wonderful!

Needed to get away and just rest and spend some time with my new puppy. YES, Della was kind enough to let me bring this ball of fire and my older dog with me. That made my trip. Her place is a big studio in her lower level home. Very comfortable. Nice area for dogs. Great beach 2 min drive to the beach to chill in the afternoon.Della’s warm welcome and cheery attitude was so appreciated. I wish I had one more day to finish my book, but it was restful and relaxing just being there two nights.

Beautiful home! Della decorated it so cute for fall and we felt it was very home, warm, and inviting. She was a very kind and helpful host. She left us cookies and candy and so many snacks and amenities available. It was great. I highly recommend and I would stay again! Thank you Della!

Great spot to stay!

I loved this place! It was just right for me and my mini dachshund. Della had dog water, toys, poop bags, and a fully fenced back yard for Abby to run around in. It was perfect for her. For me, I hit the jackpot with this place. Della had everything I could have asked for. Keurig, cream, milk, snacks, cereal, and a PIE!!! The bed was so much more comfortable than mine at home. I slept so well. This was a gold mine and perfect for 1-2 adults. It was so nice that she allowed dogs too and that she is a big dog person like me. We chatted almost every day and I was there for 4.5 days. I had the best time. Thank you!

The host was very nice and thought of everything to make to studio comfortable and welcoming as if we were HER guests and not just tenants. The area was lovely to walk around and a short drive to town.

Best Vacation Experience Ever

We’ve stayed in a number of short term vacation rentals over the the years and Della’s is our favorite thus far. She has thought of everything. Our pug enjoyed the private back yard space, and we enjoyed having countless snacks, water, in-room laundry, privacy, a super comfortable bed and sectional to relax on, not to mention Whidbey Island itself. The location is ideal for beach combing (I’ve never seen so many shells!) and nature trails abound. If we ever visit Whidbey again, we will definitely be staying with Della. She is extra friendly and knowledgeable about things to do in and around town.

Sunny weekend getaway

We hadn't been to Whidbey Island in years, and missed it. So we went for the weekend for my sweetie's birthday. We took our bikes and one dog. Della's place was terrific! Much more spacious than you'd expect for a studio; we've lived in smaller apartments! Everything we could ever have thought to expect was there, and more! Every hot drink thing imaginable, snacks, light cooking facilities. Great little outdoor patio and fenced area for the dog. Easy walk to the beach, short bike ride to Coupeville. Super quiet neighborhood. We loved our stay, and we'd definitely go again!

Great Place

Della is a super sweet host! We were there on our anniversary getaway and she had a Happy Anniversary pie there for us! Everything was decorated so cute for Halloween. Super clean and comfortable! The grounds were beautiful! Loved having the outside area that was completely fenced for our dog and to sit out and enjoy the view and play games! Centrally located to explore the island. We would definitely recommend her place to stay anytime! Thank you again Della for everything! The Robbins😊

Nice spacious studio with a great host

We were just there for a quick weekend, but check in/out easy. ~2.5 to the wharf in Coupeville and very short walk to the coast/beaches. Nice, spacious, quiet & clean studio. Really appreciated the host and keeping toys and food/coffee/water, etc., in the studio for us, no promises to others, but she left a pie for us! (among other items). Great stay, really appreciated, hopefully a return trip soon!

Exceptional and comfortable place to stay

Everything was well kept. Lots of supplies made available to help my family keep the place nice and tidy. The manager was very pleasant to talk to and recieved help when we needed the help. She supplied some food and drinks just to help us and it was so good to know that we had could get a good start in our trip. She help us with our pet and put our mind at ease. Della is exceptional in everyway.

Wonderful “home base” on Whidbey Island

My friends and I loved our trip to Whidbey Island. The unit was exactly as described, and Della went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a fun trip. She thought of every detail! The location is awesome, with lots to do. You can walk to the beach, enjoy the beautiful patio, or drive to town just a short distance away. A great place to stay.
