Waterscape Unit A413 has two bedrooms with bunk room and 2.5 baths. Wonderful Gulf Views from primary bedroom and Balcony. Bay view from the second bedroom. Completely renovated and remodeled in 2017. Both bedrooms are suites that include King beds, Walk-in Showers, Garden Tubs, TV's with DVD players, and balcony access. The bunk room contains two twin beds. Waterscape is a full amenity Gulf Front Beach Resort. Almost 500 ft of private beach with beach service included. Incredible Tropical two-level Courtyard. The first level includes a zero-entry main pool, with 10 ft waterfall that you can walk through, and toddler/children water features. A Lazy River Tubing Pool. Fitness Center, available 24/7, that overlooks the courtyard/pools. The second level includes a heated pool. Toddler splash pool with water features. A covered Toddler area with rubberized play mat and toys. Leisurely 10 min beach walk down to the Boardwalk. Restaurants, shopping, live music, children play areas, beach volleyball, and fireworks. Something for everyone here. Unit Features Unit A413 is located toward the front of the complex near the Gulf. One minute to courtyard and pools. Two minutes and you are on the beach. One minute to covered parking. Newly decorated in modern beach themes with pastel colors and beautifully tiled floors throughout. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All dishes, cooking utensils, bakeware, and small appliances are provided to complete and serve any meal. The dining room has a large dining table and seats six comfortably. The open living room includes a queen sofa bed, TV, DVD player, and access to a large balcony.

Beach service is included from March to October.


All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
