Waterscape's A213 is newly upgraded and is thoughtfully decorated with a warm and rich theme with stylish furnishings and beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed; with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, electric griddle with warming tray, Ninja Professional Blender with Nutri Ninja cups, and a Black and Decker Convection toaster. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area seats up to eight people comfortably. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a beautifully decorated half bath off the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed with a private bath with stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with upgraded programmable fans and light fixtures. Waterscape A213 has a large laundry room equipped with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

Beach service is included from March to October.
Remodel Notice: Starting November 24, 2024, this unit will undergo a full remodel. The property will look very different after the renovation, and new photos will be posted once the work is finished.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
