*** There will be an extensive beautification process at this location between 8/4/2025 – 3/16/2026. During this prolonged construction period, there will be construction noise that includes grinding and banging that will produce dust and debris around the property. Construction hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Additionally, each unit will be affected intermittently. During those periods the balconies will be unusable, balcony furniture will be removed and placed inside the units with the sliding doors secured to prevent opening. Workers will be present on swing stages on the south side (water side) of the building to complete the work. There will also be intermittent pool closures during the entire construction period. ***

Updated appliances in the kitchen, including a Keurig coffee machine and a crock-pot, allow you to enjoy your morning coffee with ease and create your favorite slow-cooked meal. King and queen pillow top mattresses adorn the beds, for ultimate comfort and relaxation throughout your stay. With a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in two guest bedrooms, and two twin-size beds in the additional guest bedroom, Azure 202 accommodates up to eight guests comfortably. This vibrant, upscale condo offers you all the comforts of a true home away from home. Upon entering, you will find two guest bedrooms on either side of the entrance. The guest bedroom on the right includes a queen-size bed and leads into its own private guest bathroom, offering a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom on the left offers two twin-size beds, a large flat-screen television and DVD player and immediate access to the guest bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed (with pillow top mattress) and a private bath. The third bedroom offers 2 twin size beds and shares a bathroom with the den which offers a queen size bed. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all-new appliances and utensils needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. Stunning granite countertops, upscale stainless-steel appliances, along with a beautifully-tiled backsplash await you in the spacious kitchen.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
