This spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is a perfect place to stay for family and friends! Located in Princeville on Kauai's North Shore, close to beaches, shopping and everything our beautiful island has to offer. Open and inviting floor plan, large kitchen with granite slab counter tops perfect for creating an evening meal full of amazing memories. Sleeps 8 people with one king bed, one queen bed, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Great place to spend your dream vacation at an affordable price!

The entire process was easy. The master bed and bath were spacious and comfortable. The Lanai was a great place for a post morning run chat. My only constructive criticism would be swapping the carpet for hard wood flooring.

Excellent property with management very responsive to questions.One concern: the front bedroom with the twin beds had poor A/C circulation making it a challenge to sleep thru the night.I would highly recommend checking to make other renters comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were travelling with our adult children, the condo was perfect. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a cupboard with spices and food prep items which was really nice. The walking paths and close proximity to princeville Shops was fantastic.

We had a great stay! We were pleasantly surprised, as the place looked even better in person. The condo is in a great, safe neighborhood and close to everything in Princeville. It was just a short walk to the turtle cove and hideaway beach. We couldn’t recommend it enough!

Wonderful property! Extremely comfortable beds. Well-maintained. Lots of extras to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need to cook. Extra blankets, bedding, beach towels. Full size washer and Dryer. Beach gear in the garage saved us from purchasing temporary gear. Pool and BBQ area clean and very close to walk to. FYI Local rooster decided to crow every morning from 4-6:00am behind master suite. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful setting, 3 br 3 bth perfect for our multi gen family stay. Nice assortment of beach toys. Directions were clear and on site amenities appreciated along with North shore location. Laundry in unit was also a critical part to support daily beach excursions.

Our stay in Kauai was amazing! The condo was very clean and spacious for our family. It had everything we needed to make meals and be comfortable for the week. We loved the porch with the beautiful view of the golf course and the mountains… breathtaking! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and layout

We enjoyed our stay here. Great proximity to Foodland and Hanalei Bay. The layout of the condo was also great for 2 families.

We enjoyed our stay on Kauai in this property. The location is great and the instructions for the unit were clear. The unit is spacious and comfortable for our multi generational family traveling together. Even though it rained most of the time, we took advantage of the beautiful pool area. When we needed assistance for a few things, we were responded to right away, and the issue was resolved.A few things that would make this place even better would be updated window coverings and bath linens, additional towels/rags for cleaning, upgraded bath amenities (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and a newer coffee maker.
