The primary bath includes a walk-in shower, hairdryer, and twin sinks. The second guest bedroom is complete with a king bed and private bathroom along with its own private balcony overlooking the golf course and the bay. Other features of this gorgeous vacation rental include granite countertops throughout, travertine floors, a stainless steel full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. This condo has a full-size washer/dryer, both bedrooms and the living room has TVs and DVD players.

Indigo features top of the line amenities including seven acres of well-manicured landscaping, gated entry, a 6000-gallon zero-entry pool, poolside gazebo, hot tub, a seasonally heated pool, outdoor grills including Green Eggs, lighted tennis courts with a Hydro court surface, two large fitness rooms, a sauna, a private 12-person theater free for guests to use, bike racks, and covered parking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
