Unit B107 is on the first floor of the resort and is easily accessible. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table with bench seating. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area with a TV/DVD player for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a leather queen sofa bed and loveseat, 50' high definition TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The first primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with handicap accessible roll-in shower and garden soaking tub, 32' high definition TV, and DVD player. The second primary bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and soaking tub, 32' high definition TV, and DVD player. this home has tile flooring throughout, blackout curtains on all windows, hairdryers in each bathroom, a stackable washer/dryer, and has WIFI internet access. There is a ramp outside the unit near the side loading area in the “B' building at Waterscape for easy loading and unloading. The bath in the first primary bedroom is ADA compliant with a pedestal sink and roll in shower with safety bars.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
