Fabulously updated and remodeled, this beautiful gulf-front villa features breathtaking views that will whisk you away to paradise! You'll have an eye-pleasing kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, sure to inspire your inner chef. Enjoy full views of the community boat dock and community tennis courts right from the kitchen. Tucked away just to the left, you'll find a half bathroom updated with granite and tile. There is plenty of dining space for your guests and you'll love the private ocean views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico from the living room. Upstairs, you'll find a guest bedroom, a guest full bathroom, and the main bedroom, complete with its own full-size bay windows with glimmering ocean views, plus ample closet space and recessed lighting. The main bathroom has granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring, and a custom tiled shower. The guest bedroom offers a water view from the bedroom windows, and the guest bathroom is very roomy and comfortable. There is even guest access to the boat dock and ramp!

Vacasa great, Perdido towers not so much

I want to begin by stating that the issues that we came across were not fault of Vacasa at all. My boyfriend and I are 21 and this is our first beach trip fully funded by ourselves and we were so excited. We went with another couple and couldn’t wait to finally find a 2 bedroom unit that was on the beach. We have been playing this trip for a couple months and finally booked in May. After booking I did receive a lengthy email from Vacasa (our property management company) that the pool would be under construction with no end date specified. This was not a problem at all, truly all we do is sit on the balcony and eat breakfast then immediately go down to the beach until sunset. The same email also explained that several renovations were being made to the exterior of the building as well. Again not an issue at all. When we checked in on June 19th the very first thing we did was attempt to run out on our balcony. This was only to find that it was completely blocked off. A board was placed in the sliding door so even when the construction workers were not there we were not able to sit on our balcony. It also made us uncomfortable all week that workers were looking into our condo as well. We initially thought that this was just a big misunderstanding and I looked back through all confirmation emails to make sure that I didn’t receive an alert that we wouldn’t have a balcony. I never did. I didn’t call our management company immediately because it was already 4:30, so instead we began to unpack everything and prep our food for the week. When unpacking everything I went to put something under the sink and that’s when a piece of the cabinet fell off onto the ground. That’s when I wanted to call Vacasa because I didn’t want to be changed with any damage. While on the phone we also realized that the chairs they would have went on the balcony had we had access to had holes in them and were dry rotting. The sink also had the part broken off that allowed us to change the water pressure. Overall the appliances didn’t work great, they were cheap and looked to be pretty run down. The dishwasher didn’t even wash the dishes on the top rack and the burners on the stove went in and out. It took us over an hour just to boil a pot of water. When we got upstairs we realized that a table installed into the wall was also broken. It was a half table that had not been screwed into a stub instead it was just sitting in the drywall so we had to remove it and sit it in the floor to keep it from falling out or damaging the wall anymore than it already had. Vacasa’s customer service was amazing and documented all of the issues we had and put me in contact with a local representative. The local representative informed us that there was nothing that could be done about opening the balcony because the HOA enforced that. They were able to reimburse us a small amount for loss of amenities which was quite kind. Overall Vacasa was wonderful, Perdido Towers and their HOA were not.

A great trip, but will not be staying here again

I want to begin by stating that the issues that we came across were not fault of VRBO at all. My boyfriend and I are 21 and this is our first beach trip fully funded by ourselves and we were so excited. The beach amazing, everything else not so much. Vacasa (our property management company) stated that the pool would be under construction with no end date specified. This was not a problem, but what was a problem as pictured below was our balcony was closed. Vacasa refunded us partially for loss of amenities because we were not informed of this and this was something the HOA decided needed to be done?? The other pictures are damages: the cabinet someone tried to wood glue back on, the chairs that we couldn’t sit in because they were dry rotted, and a table that was not properly installed into a stud and was just sitting in the dry wall, and the sink as well as the rest of the appliances were damaged or barely hanging on. Finally on the last night we saw a cockroach in the bathroom floor. This is a very brief summary, but we would definitely not book again.
As you can see it was attempted to be glued back but fell off as soon as we opened the cabinet door below it.
Our balcony we couldn’t use, and knowing this information we wouldn’t have booked this condo because that’s one of our favorite parts about the beach.
Dry rotting chairs that we couldn’t sit in and left small pieces all over the floor.
Table that was just sitting in the drywall that fell out each time we walked by it.

Stunning Views

The unit was very clean, well decorated, and the floor to ceiling windows provide amazing views. The bedding was my only issue. The mattress was uncomfortable and the comforter was very thin so it was like sleeping under a top sheet. We ended up spreading towels over the bed so be sure to bring blankets. We still enjoyed our visit. It’s one of the nicer places we have stayed.

Wonderful stay

The view does not get any better than this! Great location. Walking distance to the Flora-bama. Decorated very nicely.Recommendations: the living room furniture is a little worn and could use a good cleaning. A couple things found on the floor missed by the cleaning crew. But all in all the unit was perfect and would definitely stay again. missed by the cleaning crew

Beach Vacation

Wonderful beachfront property with great view of beach. Quiet with easy access to restaurants. 3rd year to stay at this property. Only negative was furniture in living room is very very tired and uncomfortable. Master bedroom bed needs new mattress very worn and saggy.Third year but won’t return if furniture is not replaced.

Excellent view of the ocean and beac. and great for a family of four.

Great walkout to beach. Nice size for family of four. Great ocean view from balcony. I enjoyed the large kitchen and table. Living room TV was nice. Lots of storage in bedroom to unpack for the week. Kitchen amenities were great. All appliances were nice and of good quality. King Bed could use a new mattress. Sofa and chair were a little too used for my comfort.

Great Location. Needs a little Polishing

Wonderful place and location. For the price needs new sofa, high top table on balcony and little things like shower curtains need to be replaced. But, nice place, clean with a little wear but with some polish would return.

We really enjoyed this spacious condo. The only issues we had was the iron would not work and toilet bowl holder is spare bathroom up stairs needs to be tightened. We loved the view from the balcony and master bedrooms.

Great condo!

This condo was great! Super spacious and fantastic views! The pictures don't do it justice. Condo was extremely clean upon arrival and had no issues at all with the code or check-in. Overall great experience!

Great spot

Loved this place. Nice and in good location. Beautiful views and comfortable. Dirty tissues found on the coffee table when we arrived. Television downstairs never worked. One day someone came into the condo and left a coffee pot. We weren’t notified. Unpleasant feeling knowing someone is coming and going as they please.
