This newly renovated condo features welcoming décor with elegant furnishings throughout. Walk out the sliding glass doors onto a spacious balcony and enjoy the view of the beautifully manicured pool area and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your morning coffee or sangria at sunrise or sunset.

Waterscape A103 is very warm and inviting from the moment you walk into the condo. When you enter, you will find an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area, and living room connected. The well-equipped kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances and offers a wraparound layout with plenty of storage space and all utensils needed to create your meals. The living area features a sofa, sofa bed, and a TV and DVD player combo, perfect for movie nights after a long day at the beach. . Next to the living room, you will find the primary bedroom with a TV and an attached bathroom with a deep tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a large double vanity, perfect for getting ready for a night out on the town. On the other side of the living room, a guest bedroom offers a TV and DVD player combo and an attached bathroom with a large tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a large single vanity.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
